To start off i am working on toad but have not beaten yet so take with a grain of salt. As a Warly main you get less benefits for subsequent of the same meals in a 2 day period. So ice cream is good but i would not suggest more then 4 maybe five. For fights as warly my go to for sanity is surf n turf and spicy stinger and use only up to 4 each. For toadstool i since there is eels seafood gumbo is good option. One thing I've seen some people do is to use toads speed from the spore caps to get toad behind the ponds faster and then hit with the weather pain or what not to knock them down.
