If you want an overlooked hair band thar had a rockin sound, I would recommend "Bullet Boys." Songs; "Smooth up in ya" and "For the love of money." The lead singers' vocals are fire! 👨‍🎤🔥

We’re Not Gonna Take It- Twisted Sister and Wait -White Lion. Two great songs and very confident both of you will like em. Love to see you get back to both of these bands. Please make sure for We’re Not Gonna Take it, do the video. It is iconic. Thanks for this great reaction!

Bathroom wall, Babylon, don't change that song, cathouse, and poison ivy. All good choices

  • @thevgbuddy791

One ballad I'm sure you'll like is, "Silent Lucidity," from Queensryche

  • @candacemay7187

JORDAN ROBINSON -- OPEN YOUR EYES!! So glad Amber understood and explained it because Jay had no idea. I'm giving a "thumbs up" but it's only for Amber.

  • @RockaRolla1971

    Bathroom wall is a classic

    Should have done "Bathroom Wall"

  • @christophermcconnell3867

Don’t Change That Song next. Or Cathouse

  • @fionnmaccumhaill3257

Everybody here is apparently failing to remember their absolute best hit.... "Where There's A Whip, There's A Way"! Check it out, I think you'll love it!

  • @gwencampbell4345

Jay you would also like Enuff Z'nuff "Fly High Michelle "

  • @RobertoSantana61

    I must've suggested this song 50 times.

My friends and I were at a hotel in Orlando in the late 80’s. We were going to see Genesis on the Invisible Touch tour. As we were walking down the hallway to go to the show someone yelled “where are you losers going”? There were a bunch of rowdy guys in their hotel room.

This song was my childhood.. When I was a kid my father was my hero.. Former Commander in the Navy.. Pilot during Vietnam... I was the last of 3.. but for some reason.. He never liked me... No matter what I did to try and gain his approval... It never came. I taught myself how to play instruments.. Played football in school... Got my black belt in martial arts... drove dirt track cars.. rode bulls in the rodeo.. got a scholarship to MIT... enlisted in the Army.... and so much more.. Nothing seemed to catch his interest.

there is something to be said for rockers who can make an amazing ballad! and Faster Pussycat was AMAZING live!

  • @dave9732

Poison Ivy, Bathroom Wall, You’re so Vain, Babylon, all great rocking songs from them

  • @catmanduu66

Faster Pussycat came out the same time as Guns N Roses and L.A. Guns. All three bands had members in the former bands Hollywood Rose and the original L.A. Guns. Faster Pussycat held on to the glam image where the other two did not. House of Pain was their biggest song. A rocker from them would be Cathouse. The song is about a bar they played at run by Riki Rachtman who hosted Headbangers Ball in the eighties. The show was the few hours that MTV gave to metal each week. He hosted a NASCAR show and House of Love with Brett Michaels later.

As soon as I saw this song, I knew Amber would connect with the message & discuss the deepness. It was an unusual song for the time because “hair bands” didn’t typically get this serious, even in their ballads. This is a great one from an underrated band. Great reaction too!
