15 years and no nutritional training , wow just wow . My mother-in-law died from a Stoke after taking high blood pressure pills for years . My hubby followed the same route amd has just now has been referred to a kidney specialist . He has high blood pressure , high cholesterol and pre diabetes amd not one mention of diet by his gp over the last 5 years - he wouldn’t listen to me when I told him changing his diet could fix his blood pressure , I follow Dr Baker and others and have reversed my pre diabetes .. I hope he listens to you doctors when I share your interview . Thank you
Great interview! It's been a real frustration for me as a pretty healthy 56 yo woman on zero medications or need for any, that I have to pay a ridiculous amount for health insurance....that I rarely use, with no incentives of paying less for being healthy!
My fiance is 55 with diabetes and chronic heart disease. I beg him to eat carnivore or to just give up sugar and carbs. He refuses so much! He has a risky heart surgery next month.
Do you think that poorer people die because they don't have medical insurance? Does it even make a difference? With respect, I just try living as healthy a life as possible and don't worry about dying.
Unfortunately, the hospital system I work at buys in completely to vegetarian. All publications tout being meatless and push vegetables. I'm glad I can see way past that idea. Meat all the way for improved health. Thank you for your podcast.
Chronic illnesses account for the vast majority of health care costs in the U.S. How many times do we hear the phrase "We can't cure it, but we can manage it." Tragic.
Look, I went to a chiropractor for a sprained ankle because I refused to see a medical doctor who would X-ray and give me drugs I didn’t need. Chiropractors are medical doctors too. If you hate being sick and hate drugs you will find alternatives. -- Eat Whole Foods.
Wow, wow, wow. Humans need this information 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I switched to sprinting 3 weeks ago, and I can already feel a reduction in my waistline.
This is my favorite Sean OMara interview. So brutally honest. Says it all! ❤
