    I know this sounds ridiculously crazy however, I got off of wheat, rye and barley gluten free diet and within two days I started feeling so much better it was amazing I can't even begin to tell anybody how amazing my arms and hands don't lock in the mornings when I get out of bed it's just the best thing gluten free!!!

      Hi There! Not crazy at all and good for you for going that route. In our clinic, we always recommend that our patients go on an anti-inflammatory diet, which includes being gluten free. This helps substantially to decrease systemic inflammation in the body which aggravates the nerves and worsens symptoms. Going gluten free along with caffeine-free, dairy-free, alcohol-free and the elimination of processed food (even for as little as 2-3 months) helps the healing process tremendously. Thanks so much for sharing your experience. Blessings.

      @@NerveDoctors Even fried foods can aggravate nerve damage. My neuropathy is pretty bad too. I wish u were in South Florida cause I'd love to try the near infrared light devices and help my upper back , I have nerves shooting into my shoulder blades too, barely can make it through the day and my legs tonight are throbbing and brutally painful. I just took an immunovites 600 mg R Lipoic with benfotiamine just after dinner tonight that's helping some but I'm likely gonna try your formula very soon.

      Not just the gluten. Glyphosates in al those grains and other crops still used widely. Pure poison and the fda ignores that fact . It’s all a big money thing.
      I stopped getting rashes when I died the same plus I lost weight like crazy. I also quit pasta, potatoes, rice and Cyrus down on corn and carrots. Good luck.

    With fusion I had a lamiñectomy with fusion in my neck is a result of myleomalicia, myelopathy and problems from ankylosing spondylitis. My hands, arms and fingers were completely numb. When I had my nerve conduction test the doctor stuck 20 needles in each arm and hand and I fell asleep during the procedure. He said in all of his years of doing this procedure he had never had anyone falls to sleep! Lol. He said normally they're crying and screaming. But I had told him I had absolutely no feeling in my arms and hands and I didn't. After the surgery the feeling didn't come back because of permanent nerve damage but it kept it from progressing to my diaphragm which would have resulted in me quit breathing. I'm hoping through listening to this channel I can recover some of the feeling in my arms and hands and fingers. Thank you so much for bringing all this information to us. It's a Godsend.

      You need a linseed poultice to melt away the scar tissue caused by inflamation.
      A mug of seed, a mug of boiling water, and a knob of butter. Blend well and add a splash of boiling if too dry. Spread over arms and hands and cover with cling to keep it moist. Leave it on for 8 hrs. Repeat daily for 5 days.

    My brother met with a severe accident and sustained extremely severe injuries that damaged the tissue and nerves in his leg. He's been for physio but was told that nothing can be done to help him and that his nerves need to heal on it's own. It's been several years since his accident and the nerves still hasn't healed. He walks with the aid of crutches as there's no feeling at all in his left leg. My mum gets that numb and tingling pins and needles burning feeling you mentioned, in her legs. Thank you for the video advice, I'll be sure to relay the message to both of them since the meds they're on are useless. God bless you doc

I also do stretches and exercises the best I can , but my condition is getting worse regardless..

      According to an MD who believes in some natural things most of us have parasites and that a medical examiner/coroner started checking MS patients brains and spinal cords and the 'lesions' found in the brain are actually bunches of parasites. I'm just repeating what she said she learned. I'm not practicing medicine or giving you advice. I've also read that over 90% of us have them because they're in our food, water, and air. If this is true, why does the AMA avoid this topic. They're not always easy to find because they don't want to be and I've read that they even burrow into our organs. Just learning/reading this recently myself. It also said that if someone gets rid of them (which may take some time and persistence, the MS improves and may even go away.

      Frapeter, you might need more fatty organs, meat, raw or lightly cooked animal products, raw or lightly cooked oysters , eggs, sea food, to keep your insulin and glucagon levels in balance. Glucagon does opposite of insulin and puts glucose back into the blood. You want to keep your blood sugar balanced and heal your body. Best to use raw seeds or nuts, like walnuts, since raw fats carry oxygen and heated, damaged fats do not.

It literally changed my life. I had PN so bad that it kept me awake at night in so much pain. My left foot always felt like it was sliding out from under me when standing still it just starting to walk. It was horrible. It’s been a few year since starting on those two but I’ve been off of them for at least a month and I’m perfectly fine. Human bodies 300 years ago were not sitting in offices all day long, sitting in cars and traffic or at home. Eating processed & fast food with minimal or no exercise is just a bit of context, which your conclusion failed to figure in. I would eat 10 containers a wek. Finally I got wise, bought seeds from local weed and feed became an arugula farmer. My small yard wasn't enough so I seeded and harvested my neighbors' This is 9th year of salad in the yard. I actually dried it, Vitamized it into powder and have it for winter.
    I figure the high electro

    The detrimental effects of the high oxalates in most of the vegetables you recommend, is what gave me a toxic level of oxalate throughout my body and worsened my RA, gave me gout at my new surgical site and made me very sick. PLEASE read Toxic Superfoods by Sally K Norton. Spinach, kale, beets & greens, almond milk, all pulverized in a vitamix just about killed me (or so it felt). I'm still dumping oxalates every day. It's not fun trying to recover from toxic amounts of these "healthy foods". For reference, I'm 53, very slender and fit but now dealing with autoimmune disorders and idiopathic neuropathy.

    Two questions: does your advice about peripheral neuropathy apply to spinal nerves? And - what is your take on the current popularity of using NMN. What effect does it have on nerve healing?
    Thank you so much for your videos!

    • @Vincent_Beers
      @Vincent_Beers ปีที่แล้ว +19

      It helps a little, but not nearly as much as it does for peripheral nerves. Most of the benefit comes from the interaction between nerves and the soft tissue that is improved by this.
      For the best chance at nerve repair you need b vitamins and good oxygen flow. Most of what's described here will improve blood flow and circulation, but soft tissue areas will get the largest boost.
      You should probably still do this because it's all healthy advice, just don't expect fast results for spine and core nerves, they take much longer to heal, sometimes years. Compared to peripheral nerves you may see improvement in weeks.

      Hi, MBANGA TOM. I'm so glad the video was helpful. You'll find it difficult to find the right types of vitamins at the therapeutic level in most stores. When I was searching for my mom to help her with her peripheral neuropathy, I had to buy 7 different bottles of nutrients which cost close to $300 for a 1-month supply.
      Now, I know from experience that is a lot and is very difficult to do. So, we created a formula that supplies all the vital ingredients at the therapeutic dose in 2 bottles: Nuphoria cm Gold and Nerve Defense. You can purchase them at nuporia.com/?.
      Simply choose the product you want, add it to the cart like you normally would, and make sure when you enter your shipping address you change the country selection from the US to the country you're ordering from. Otherwise, your order will default to the U.S. Let us know if we can be of further assistance.

    Hello Doctor..Does brown rice have benefits for the nerves..I heard that it contains a lot of thiamine..Should the dose of 600 mg of thiamine be reduced if you eat brown rice daily..or does the combination of the two not affect..Does prolonged fasting treat the nerves as well..

    • @NerveDoctors
      @NerveDoctors  2 ปีที่แล้ว +17

      Hi there Nasser. Brown rice has many great nutrients (vitamins, minerals, lignans, and fiber). However, most brown rice is exposed to arsenic from pesticides. It's always best to pre-boil your rice first before actually cooking it. Just put the rice in a pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. As soon as the rice first boils, remove it from the heat, drain, rinse, then cook as directed on the package. This will eliminate the vast majority of arsenic before you cook it up. Next question...no do not alter the amount of thiamine or Benfotiamine that you are taking, even if eating brown rice, daily. Blessings.

    • @tashirose1244
      @tashirose1244 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      You should check your vitamin D level it is probably too low which can cause tremors. Once the vitamin D is into the upper range the tremors will usually stop. I suggest having a micronutrient or cell test done so you can see what your body is deficient in. Also get your phosphorus level checked doctors don't usually check for that but you can request it because having low vitamin D will decrease your phosphorus levels which can be dangerous and will affect your muscles nerves mobility and breathing.
      However to increase your phosphorus levels they can prescribe the powder supplement or tablet that you can take one to three times a day for a few days depending on how low your level is.
      Alpha-lipoic acid, B12 or a b complex is great for nerve health. Also adjusting your diet and oftentimes cutting out gluten and inflammatory foods like tomatoes, potatoes, and malted barley will not only increase your energy but also reduce inflammation and help to reverse many ailments. Btw, an increase in your symptoms is an indication that you need to combat a deficiency right away.
      If you are not already taking a good vegetarian multivitamin I suggest you begin taking that ASAP until you can get your levels checked. I hope that helps all the best 💕

      Hi Nasser. Always good to hear from you. Yes, the B-vitamins will change the color of your urine to a bright yellow, sometimes it looks almost like a lemon-lime color and that's normal. Also, your urine will have a much stronger odor.

      @@NerveDoctors Thank you for the response, I noticed the change in urine color/smell. I try to drink plenty of water per day, up to 1.5L.

      Hi Dorothy. Good for you for being conscientious about your water intake. You still need to take it higher. The bare minimum you should be drinking is 2 liters. Make sure it's filtered and not tap water. Refrigerator filters are not strong enough to filter out all the chemicals. Blessings.

      It depends how much you're getting in, even from a whole food source. The most common for turning urine yellow (neon) is Riboflavin (B2). If you consume more than you need, your body will excrete out what's not needed and you will end up with bright yellow urine.

    At 2:14, your diagram points to the Tunica media, as shown by a muscle layer image with a, "skeletal muscle" appearance with striated bands. I'm no expert, but I'm confused. (Probably, from the bump on my head when I fell off the turnip truck.) I'll keep watching your videos because you seem to offer some good information.

      Hi George. Welcome aboard! Gosh, I'm so terribly sorry that you're having to deal with all of this. This is certainly more than a plateful for anyone to handle. So, our channel primarily deals with peripheral nerve damage which is a part of the peripheral nervous system. That's damage to the nerves that exit the spinal cord and go to all of your limbs (feet/legs, hands/arms), your face, and your internal organs. When you're dealing with Dystonia, typically is a central nervous system disorder, meaning it's dealing with dysfunction occurring in either the brain and/or spinal cord. Most people are familiar with dystonia caused by Parkinson's but there are actually many other causes than just Parkinson's. For instance, a person can develop dystonia due to an adverse reaction to drugs or even side effects from certain drugs. The most common culprit in drug-induced dystonia are Antidepressants, and antipsychotic drugs (used in bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and even severe depression). Other common causes are oxygen deprivation to the brain, which can be caused by a stroke, heavy metal toxicity or poisoning, and TBIs. Heart arrhythmias are generally caused by oxidant stress and inflammation of the heart. This can be caused by cardiovascular heart disease, as well as viral illnesses, alcohol, tobacco, caffeinated beverages, and certain prescription and non-prescription meds. So, the first thing you need to do to battle these issues head-on is find a functional medicine doctor who can help you get to the root cause of both of these problems and then guide you with treating it naturally to correct the problem. What would be extremely helpful is to order a neuro-transmitter test (which is non-invasive. Your neurotransmitters are tested through saliva samples). This will allow the functional medicine doctor to evaluate your dopamine levels and correct them. This should correct the dystonia as long as there's no other underlying cause of the dopamine (assuming your levels are abnormal). Here is a link that will help you find a functional medicine doctor in your area: www.ifm.org/find-a-practitioner/
      For your arrhythmias, there are several supplements that research has found to be very effective and these are Magnesium, potassium (if needed), vitamin C, Hawthorn, and fish oil. Your functional medicine doctor can help you with doses.
      Lastly, you must change your diet. This will have a tremendous impact on your conditions and outcome. You must follow an anti-inflammatory diet. If you do a youtube search, you'll find lots of information on this type of diet. Now, the diet alone will not correct your problem, but it is the base foundation for you to build from. I hope this encyclopedia (lol) of information helps. Blessings.
