Hard case the last chocolate you tried was the same as the almond gold chocolate yet 2 different reactions. Maybe as it was straight after the dark chocolate. Whittakers is still a family owned business still using the best ingredients to create oustanding quality chocolate. Unlike other chocolate manufacturers that have done things like swap out the cocoa for palm oil and other cheap methods which are not environmentally friendly

They kept their bars of chocolate the same size too, so no reduction in size as well. Unlike other chocolate companies who changed the recipe until there was uproar from the public but they sneakily started reducing the size of the bars. I've been a Whittaker's fan for a long time and will never buy anything else
Pink Smokers are for older folks imo. They're very chalky and hard and my grandad used to eat them but he also used to be a smoker, which is what they're intended for.
Here in NZ, we don't usually have chocolate flavoured fudge's. We do have alot of russian fudge though. If you grew up here I think you would get a bit more used to the taste of it. I understand though.
Smokers were made for people that smoke, to clear away the taste of cigarettes so smokers could enjoy the taste of real food. Just a helpful tip for you 👍🍻😁
RJ's is my favourite licorice. I used to go to their Levin base-of-operations once a year. They allow you to buy their offcuts in bulk and they are SOO good!

Individually delicious but I don't think even most of us kiwis are fans of the candy/soda combos they keep coming out with 🤣
the lumps are a harder marshmallow, they are delicious, ps the smokers are like a rose kind of flavour, they are like 9/10. whittakers is the best chocolate. spaceman candy sticks we use to use them as pretend cigaretts as kids, they use to have a red dot at the end. The Jellytip is actually an ice cream in nz and they turned it into a biscuit version,. those licorice are one of my favs as well, there is a pink strawberry flavour and an orange one, they are super sweet. It was nice to see you try some kiwi treats!

Those lumps put them in the freezer until they are hard but the plain pineapple flavour is better the smokers are candy spaceman you chew lol but can suck on them they use to have a red tip but they removed it cause it made kids pretend to smoke with them lol.

For the "smokers" they were in part to override the effect of tobacco breathe so they are strong
