To relieve constipation: 1) drink aloe vera juice, made from the whole aloe vera leaf. 2) first thing in the morning drink a cup of hot water and freshly squeezed lemon. 3) eat a handful of prunes and wash it all down with a tall glass of spring water or mineral water. Honestly, you don't need all that! If you're sitting on the pot and it won't come out, rock forwards and backwards, all the way down, and all the way up, maintaining a steady (but not excessive) pressure like you're pushing it out normally, for about 2 - 3 minutes, and you'll inch that turd right out of you. The body will kick in when it's 75% on its way, and blissful relief will follow!

Hey Truly...for the holding up heaven and pressing down earth we suggest around 30 seconds of each for 2 sets. For the first one (belly and and out) around 5-7 cycles. For the spiral squats around 30-60 seconds of this will do For the womb squat it takes time and patience. See if you can do around 1 minute without stopping....then 2...then 3. Try to accumulate 10 minutes throughout the day if possible for the best results. You can break that up however you life. Spend around 5-10 minutes on abdominal massage and belly breathing. Usually once a day with this routine will be (with the womb squat being done throughout the day) but feel free to do this as needed. Hope that helps and thanks for watching:) Chad
No, you do it as much as possible preferably daily to avoid constipation and it stimulates the colon which makes releasing that dump easier... but you don't have to do it if you don't want to ofcourse
how I'm suppose to do this when I'm constipated... this will only create more air and pressure discomfort in my stomach ..I have to lay down to relax my stomach is my only way or taking a laxative in my butt...I hope ur videos help other people tough

Please stop the paleo diet it is not safe for our western stressfull lives. I did paleo for 4 years and the last 2 years has been more and more awful I was in a adrenal state all the time leaving me fatigued. Still avoid grains and most starches but eat more sugar in form of fruits and cane sugar, search eastwesthealing on youtube. Hope you heal.. have a good day :D

This worked. Still straining but it got things moving. I know it worked because it gave it a slight push and urge to go.
I just had colon rectal surgery so unfortunately this is not possible for me, as it may disrupt my healing. Any other video suggestions?
