This one is a good size (mine is the purple, 36 inches) not too big but big enough to work and roll both my legs at the same time - I took a photo holding the roller next to me just to provide a better representation of its size. I noticed some reviewers who complained that this is, “just a foam noodle”… and yes, that’s exactly what it is. It’s a high density foam roller. It is absolutely NOT the same consistency/strength/durability/ or texture as a ‘pool noodle’ thought and I disagree entirely with those that say so. As a former collegiate athlete and marathon runner, I’m comfortably giving this roller 5 stars. It’s lightweight and durable and does just what I need it to do at a budget-friendly price. Overall, I have no complaints and am happy with it!

You're an angel! Not only did you provide a solution, you helped me be able to name the problem. I'm a single mother and have been unable to work or even care for myself. I'm only in my 30s and feel like I have wasted the last 6-7 years of my life. No doctor could give me answers. Drugs made me sick and no amount of chiropractic adjustments helped. Since centuries the optimal manner to overcome not only occasional constipation but chronic constipation too will be taking castor oil. Remember that castor oil is the only laxative that will not work in the intestines by irritating them, but by activating and synthesizing certain substances in the human body. So any habituation of the human body or diminishing laxative effect is absolutely impossible and castor oil is suitable in a special manner for chronic constipation. Take 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 to 2 hours later you will remark its relieving effects.
I do not usually write comments on youtube. But dear god, does this stretch change lives. I have been struggling from a lot of neck pain lately, because of my desk job and bad posture. I tried almost everything, but this thing, this particular stretch has just removed years and years of strain from my back and neck. I feel like a young flexible boy again. This video just changed my year. Thank you. I work from home but recently I have been off work due to chronic back pain. This pain has been serious and more recently I started having muscle spasms in my upper back. When I tell you my muscles would feel swollen after one of these attacks.. it was awful. I was putting so much pressure on my spine holding my head forward that it injured the spine. When this happens your muscles naturally restrict your movement to prevent further damage. This is compounded by restricted muscles due to chronic bad posture. My doctor gave me nsaids and sent me on my way but nothing changes and my problem has only gotten worse.. I've literally cried from this pain. This video and one other (the swimmer pose one) has immensely improved my problem in one night. Thank you thank you thank you. You are a healer! Now I can begin to finally heal.
Yes thank u only about 5 days doing these exercises and now it is working. The relief. I was doing other exercises also and it wasn't too bad but with these exercises there is no constipation just natural. Thank you so much 😊 keep up the good work

I have been disabled since the 80s from a helio crash in the army. 38yrs of pain killers (morphine ) cause severe constipation your video is great I do it daily now and have almost No trouble or Pain. Manual manipulation is Awesome you can feel it inside moving hard spots away and getting things Going!

For spiral squats, are there any adaptations when first starting/building lower body strength to avoid issues with knees? Is it okay to not go to the ground with the twisted knee? I'm finding moving from the twisted knee, down to the ground and then open difficult. These are great, BTW. Thank you!
