Just received mine 3 days ago, and the last 3 nights of sleep have been amazing. I normally would sleep with a powerful fan blowing right on my face to keep me cool at night, would toss and turn in middle of night, and would wake up with extremely dry eyes and mouth. Last 3 nights using this thing, I had to turn the fan down to 20%, and up its temp to 74, while my room was at 68, because it was just working too well and I was starting to freeze. Setting it as stated previously lets me sleep cool all night, and I dont seem to wake up to roll around constantly. Definitely an advocate of it now.

that's pretty much all it is. it can heat the air, but there are way cheaper options for what it offers
