Looking at the mouse you're using, it's no wonder your hand is cramping up. I use the MX Master and it's great. That being said...... I want this! However, seems there's no Resolve support. :(
@@SidneyDiongzon Oh, no joke. The was the first thing I noticed, and it would be way more functional than the side scroll wheel... by far. Hopefully they add support for Resolve. Then they can have all my money.
How does this compare to something like Monogram CC (Previously Palette)? I feel like I still would need to keep my mouse and keyboard around with this. Having just the knobs and sliders separate saves desk real estate. Definitely would be pricier though.
So you're play/pausing from the keyboard and then moving your hands to the panel to add ins/outs and inserts? Can't see how that's more efficient than performing those same functions all on the keyboard?
I think you should try out something like a MX master mouse instead of that apple thing you got going on. It's not very ergonomic - it just looks "cool" for the avrage consumer. The MX Master should fix your cramping issue ;)
I bought Loupdec+ couple of month ago, it useful on lightroom as dials are mapped, seemed to be okay for pp, however, I could not find a useful case for FCPX, which is my favorite editing software, color grading in fcpx is different, do you have any solutions?
13:03 - thanks for being honest. I've seen some other sponsored reviews of Loupedeck and they all sound really forced. Color grading looks fun on this, and seems to be the only advantage it has over a mouse and keyboard.
But... almost everything you do, and what you asign, can be assigned to a shortcut... what is the point? And,.. you still need to use the mouse select the clips.... so,.... you're more half past the video and there starts to be useful,
Thanks for respond, I hear you, but I just fail to see why do we need a separate console for, for example, nest a clip. Don't take me wrong, I follow you because a i love your vids, just the only thing that the loupedeck could do better than the keyboard IMHO is control colour wheels, and that doesn't do it at all. The rest, you can map all this things inside premiere. Ok; some knobs helps... that's it for me... nest, insert, I have those mapped to a different keyboard (40bucks) any keyboard that supports different profiles than the one by defect will do the trick. Anyway I find this console expensive for what it does. Keep it up!
My problem with using a mouse for an extended amount of time is that my hand gets cold. I don’t know why, but it's always been a problem. I have another option that could help with speeding up editing. I have this Adobe Premiere keyboard shortcut "skin". That way, I don't have to memorize keyboard shortcuts. It's right there in front of me. So if I haven't been editing for a while, getting back into the flow is much quicker and easier. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01DBUQFGI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I bought one and read their user manual the first thing. To my surprise, as a supposedly artistic company, they even cannot format their user manual properly. Immediately returned it. My impression is this won’t be a company that strives for perfection.
Everything against Apple's mouse -- it's a trash mouse with trash ergonomics. Your hand issues will probably reduce, if not disappear, if you had almost anything else (I personally suggest Logitech MX Master).
hello sir! im beginner in editing just asking if loupedeck+ is ok to use in Davinci Resolve? thank you!

Even so, use actual dials is waaaaay better than using any mouse

@@TheGameBench Hopefully one day!
Great video!
This version could work with davinci resolve?
You have a new subscription!
Hello. What is the name of the C5 order? THX.
I tried zooming my timeline through the loupedeck+ but, it somehow didn't work.
Then I realised I wasn't on my timeline, but this video!

It's just another way of editing, which I much prefer when it comes to color grading.
I have a question I’m trying to buy a knee camera body under $1000. Would you recommend the Sony 6400 or canon m50
Or neither?
Canon m50
Can you make a video about the different picture profiles on the a6600?
One day sure!

If you listened to the video, I said I prefer the keyboard to edit. But for color grading, I MUCH prefer the control panel to color grade
@@SidneyDiongzon Ok, I'm just going by what I saw and it didn't make sense to me to assign buttons for I/O and other basics. CC makes sense.
Thanks for the tips and showing us the product. Looks like it will come in handy.
It’s pretty dang awesome
What version of PP i must need? I have loupedeck and it isn’t working with PP. Thanks
Looks good but no Luminar 3 support.
Does it work with Davinci resolve?
It’s look like he’s not answering this question :)

Yeah, but...
that "YOU DID THIS TO ME" part realllly resonates... haha if you know, you know! D'X

with the right tools ... all things are possible
Yep! Thanks for watching!
Nice review. But, according to the reviews on amazon, the gear is described having a "cheap" look and feel. Well...
I think that’s subjective. To me, it “feels” like any ordinary piece of gear. I’m more interested in functionality and end result
Good stuff. Thanks
Thanks for watching!
😂 you got me with the Jason Vong joke 😂👍🏽
Hahaha! It actually happened

Cool review... interesting panel. Should work good for speeding up my workflow. Like that one time I commented on your vid and liked it.

Good work buddy
Great tool but We are nearly 2020 and there is no bluetooth WTF ahah !
That’s a great suggestion!
Off my game! Sup! Sweet stuff here. Your the man!
Thanks my dude!
A lot of mouse clicking with a panel that purpose is to reduce mouse clicking...
Hey! How did you know I'm a robot?! I already clicked the "I'm not a robot" thingy.
