@@OAPAdventures IF I want to buy a new Trangia, which one do you recommend? DS or HA?

@@爱唱歌的小张 All my bowls and pans are HA. I do have some UA and non-stick, but my preference is HA. I havent tried DS, because I use them backpacking and I was concerned about extra weight, so I cant compare them with HA

Looked DELICIOUS 😋! Catch N Cook is the best. Loved that you Preheated your frying pan to a temperature hotter than the temperature you were going to be cooking with. That's soooo important to having less foods sticking! It'sa practice great Chefs 👍 do everytime with their cooking vessels.

I think the pre-heat was more good luck than good management. You are absolutely right about the temp being critical to stop the food sticking. My fry pans are HA and if you keep an eye on the temp, they are perfect.
