At 47 seconds that Dodge WJA is in excellent condition. Years ago We had WJA55 with a 412 Ci Industrial Chrysler Flathead six, Twin Manifolds Carbs 2 boxes , Dump bed , original built for mine pit duty. Polished Stainless Cross DODGE emblem and the flying hood ram too. Very cool truck. I gotta watch it again
I think they do that because they are adjusting the weight of the sled to the proper weight to use for the class. The first truck is usually what they call a sled test pull.
Love the ol Dodge. Great to see someone taking the time and effort to try the ol girl out.Awesome! Nice job!
That alone was worth watching the videos
@@talkingtrashtom for a likely bone stock late 40s Dodge I'd say she did real well
That 1946 Dodge was cool , looked like old military truck
Absolutely a joy to watch! I have a 46 Dodge cabover..
Love that cab over!!
That ol Farmall took it to the cleaners. Love the Dodge.

A real speed wagon you could say.
I'd say out of all of them the 1946 dodge has to be my favorite.
My sister was a truck driver/owner and she also drove a yellow cabover. She named it "Big Bird" like in Sesame Street.
I thought the 77 Ford was awesome. It doesn't have all that modern chrome junk the rest of them have
The Peterbilt s are cool looking
2016 Diamond Reo truck?? I don't think so
Its a glider
The dodge is a 1946 WJA46 heavy duty semi tractor if anyone wants to know.
I thought Diamond Reo went bust in the 80's?
they did but trucks were manufactured until 2010 but some parts lasted till 13 its a glider kit truck
The truck is a glider kit that wasn't built and titled until 2016
Anyone care to explain what a sled reset is? The first run looked so good, I was surprised to see it drop to last.

I had a 58 Chevy Viking 60 dump truck I would of like to pull, 261ci L6 with 150 hp, 4 speed with 2 speed rear end and 7.67 rear gear
And then a Tesla semi showed-up... and made everyone give-up on even considering trying. :\
I saw your comment and was really hoping to see one.
The Dodge won .
🤠🇧🇷👍💜
But how many were street legal in California?
From the looks of it not too many...
From the looks of it not too many...
California? What's that? Who cares if any of them were legal in that liberal cesspool. Bet there wasn't any mosquitoes at the Buck that night! Lol
