I just found your music while passing time in the waiting room while my husband got his second pet scan. I spent the entire 2+ hours listing to every song you have on you tube and praying. I kept coming back to this song "I won't Give Up" and "Mary Did You Know". Both songs helped me get through a very stressful time. I then went to I tunes and bought several of your songs there and continued to use them to help me relax. My husband has gone through one round of chemo so far with two more rounds coming. Praise God, The fantastic news is a lot of the cancer is gone now. We still have more fighting to do to beat this cancer but I won't give up! Thank you Peter Hollens for sharing your voice with this video program you have. I am a contributor and will continue to follow your journey.

Record companies have stopped caring about the music. If something makes money they will always give it priority even if it's horrible compared to the art of someone like Peter Hollens (which rocks). We were better off with the old record label owners who didn't know much about business and when they were presented with something they liked they just said "Take a chance! Let's get it out there and see if it sells!". Now it's all owned by 30 year old men who think they know what we like and what we will buy regardless if how horrible it is. We need people like Peter Hollens, Lindsey Sterling, and Pentatonix to keep the spirit of what real music is from dying out completely. Keep up the amazing work.

This song tore open a badly healed hole in my chest, bringing tears into my eyes. Then, as I sat there, trying to hold the tears and pain within, to stop the oozing blood, I felt a wondrous soothing touch from the tune and words, cooling the burn, healing the wound. I then realised that the hole was only torn open, so it will be able to heal, for good this time... A wondrous song.

It's not just you either. Peter and his amazing voice have inspired me to do a lot of things that I would normally be too scared to do. That and I've actually talked to him a couple of times on facebook (he doesn't kid when he says he actually reads them and tries his hardest to reply) He has inspired me to turn my world COMPLETELY upside down, face my fears, and do what makes me HAPPY.

I love this song as it has a special place and means so much to me. Wife had Ovarian cancer 2 years ago and currently in remission. It has been quite the journey and our love has grown stronger. I won't give up on her and she keeps fighting. Keep lookin' up. The original, Straight No Chase or Peter Hollens. Love all of the versions. Of course I love acapella so...
