edit: I made this myself and would suggest also adding some chicken stock to the sauce. you can also add in an egg to thicken it and make it more like a carbonara

How long should the chicken be in the oven for?
@@AKAkay-qu9fg it depends on how big the pieces are, how much chicken you have etc. for 1-2 portions of chicken, try 12 minutes at 360 degrees F. just check it and see how cooked it is on the inside and you can always pop it in for longer if it's not white

@@whitewine3811 Nothing is "healthy", not even the water you drink or the air you breath. Everything leads to eventual decline and death. For consumption, It's about moderation. You can't objectively call anything "healthy" or "unhealthy". Oil, fat, salt, sugar, all have useful nutrients in the right dosage amounts. Really, over-consumption is the biggest issue most people face. And obviously, a lot of the food we eat has chemicals, additives, and / or bioengineered components. Even the fruits and vegetables you eat and think are "healthy" fall victim to this. And you wouldn't really know unless you see with your own eyes where your food comes from and it's entire travel path from before it's grown to when it makes it in your mouth.

It's not balanced. To Americans it might seem like it but it's not. Half of it is simple carbs (sugar) + Tons of fat (olive oil/butter/cream/cheese = very caloric!!), with very little amount of veggies (not enough fiber), and even the meat is doused in fat.
Half the plate should be those green veggies, then one quarter pasta and one quarter protein, then using much less fat for the sauce would be ideal for an everyday meal.

You can also broil the chicken for about 15 minutes before baking the meat at about 350 - 400 degrees Fahrenheit until done, instead of pan frying, to achieve the same golden color and crisp texture, without adding any oil. My mom used to make this all the time. It’s so good and not hard to make at all. If you lack ingredients, just be sure to use plenty of garlic, with black pepper and salt to taste. The garlic is key 🔑 Such a wholesome, simple dish that tastes like it takes much more effort.

I love how angry everyone gets by her simply comparing this to an established recipe in the title and doing literally nothing else. This recipe looks great and looks %100 like something to make if you have a date coming over.
And still it doesn't fit at all with the Italian recipe. The girl likes to get 'the Italian sound' just to get some likes by ignorant people who doesn't know what real cacio e pepe Is. And... If you come respectfully to Italy you will discover another dish and another philosophy: simplicity! Something that the dish cool by this person doesn't know at all. Change the name!
