I find it humorous with all the negative feedback from people who probably have never driven one or probably certainly can’t afford one!!! But they still continue to bash Land Rover!!… LAnd Rover since it was bought buy TATA Motors has seriously improved their quality!! If people would do the research and educate themselves before knocking a brand They would know……My wife has a 2021 v8 sport w/ 45,000 miles on and it hasn’t missed a beat!!! I just purchased a 2024 v8 Defender and this vehicle is awesome. (Already drove it across the country) I actually traded in a BMW M50i x7 2021 Because of all the body roll. I can honestly say that the RR is glued to the road compared to the BMW. People need to stop living in the past and. Give some credit where credit is due…….Cause we all know when you own a RR you know you’ve done something with your life!!!!!!
I own a 2022 x dynamic p400 with the turbo 6 it has a lot if poer but I widmshbi had the v8, my last range rover was a 2011 v8 range rover and my wife has an old one we love range rover vehicles, I miss my jeep for true off reading but the defender feels so much nicer to drive on the road
RR? As in Range Rover? This is a LAND ROVER Defender. Range Rover is a model built by Land Rover. There is no Range Rover Defender.
I certainly like the Defender. This trim is up my alley. However, new GX and Land Cruiser looks like a game changer. Glad there are more off-roader SUV options.
You missed what we thought one of the best features. With most(not all) model setups the back seats fold ALL THE WAY DOWN, and there is an option for a three zone climate control with a separate control for the very back system - if you haul a dog or two, this is a game changer.
Got one on order in that colour combination. Test drive was awesome, I was hooked.

I think that 6-wheeled "van" was a GMC motorhome from the mid-late 1970's. Only real motorhome made by a large car manufacturer as a factory product. Granted this had a aftermarket mint-green paint job :).
There is big difference between 24 and 23 defenders?
I thought all x dynamic new models have 11.4 inch screen?
Add 35s and portals...will be great truck.
Not a fan of swing gates. Prefer the LR3/4 style lift and tail gate. Keeps weather off while working, loading/unloading, or just sitting in the back.

10,000 miles it's not even broke in yet. Getting rid of it with 10,000 miles is definitely not much confidence.

They are great if they are under full warranty and you will only have them short term. They are great to drive, but I like to keep cars long term, then hand them down to family, so these vehicle wouldn't work for me.

Land Rover had a well earned bad reputation 20-30 years ago, but I’m not sure that still holds true today.

It looks killer, but i often hear so many dinging land rover for reliability issues. It seems like its a vehicle for wealthier people who are able to maintain the high cost of maintenance

I have a Land Rover Disco 2….a real off roader.
This “Defender” is a true Mall Crawler.
Try taking this thing out to overland…you’ll end up dead.
Whoever designed this was a real idiot who never off-roaded a day in his life!
Did you know that this defender will literally brick if you open and close the doors repeatedly while you’re off roading? The battery will drain, and the computer will shut the car off, engage the parking brake, and you won’t be able to recover your car without a laptop, internet access, etc!!! Try doing that in the middle of nowhere!!!
