@@matnovakInitial Unity has a similar feature where the Eurobeat gets louder the faster you go. And you can still add your own songs to Initial Unity. So the dev could totally do it if he wanted to.
@@matnovak it's an eq automation. whenever the car slows down, the automation cuts out the low end of the song (this is where bass and kicks are). im 99% sure it applies it to an audio file - so it would work with 'custom' audio files you put into the game files or whatever.
I dont even play racing games that much but the aesthetic of this one caught my attention and wow, you feel like you're going Mach 5 with this dope soundtrack
i like how the song is saying "should we let this feeling grow, go, go.. should we let this feeling grow.." and that feeling is the high speed and pushing the car to its limits - growing that feeling, because if you slow down or brake, the feeling goes away as the music slowly fades out hence the feeling stops growing. It's such a good pick for the soundtrack and i'm so happy it's a song that commonly plays at the beginning of the game so it brings more exposure to the song.
Currently he's the only one working on the game however he's got a kickstarter with $57,000 raised, i'm sure he'll be hiring some devs to get more hands on the game to help with the development 😁
I can totally see this game blowing up. Almost like the Car x situation, started as a mobile game from an Indy company and exploded into this multi platform game that everyone loves. I can't wait to play this !!
