❤️❤️❤️Yeah he has cleared out the underlying understanding that is to consider ur consciousness as a pond of water here he equates it to the ocean due to its vastness, better it wd b if v associate it to a pond of water, awareness is the calmness or understanding serinity of the water in the pond, and mind is the stone with which v creates the ripples. In the pond of water, and water is the body or being which is affected by the waves or ripples so formed, and the ripples travel w a certain speed ie wrt to time has a certain depth so length breath and depth of ur reverbations v call thought, emotions feelings, sensations etc nd , I is the present past future time, the beliefs memories, the experiences the tenses ie I he she v assign to that experience, and link it to the mind, and body, a part of the mind v call ego or self, so getting over these nd stilling these, w the understanding goes a long way in changing, the behavior of the person wrt the world, once u realize u r the same thing as everything else in the universe, that's the actual reality, and that is enlightenment ❤️❤️❤️
