The Spanish lady misunderstood the moth-flame analogy. She mistook the flame as being spiritual fire while Papaji meant flame as being desire that entices but ultimately destroys the moth(sense-slave).

In my personal experience, (as a westerner) the daily comforts and easy access to any desire including knowledge has brought me here. Because of the internet it has sped up my personal inquiry. This is the only thing that has allowed me to no longer chase after futile things of the mind.
