If you walk around the island a bit, you'll find a door to a hidden basement type room with a surprise inside, I wont spoil it, but it's cute! Also, once you have finished you can go back to the house and change it up any way you want, no brown needed lol

I like how he placed the new floor tiles on the wall, the same ones he took from the floor.
I think you swapped the tiles and the boards you hated so much, the tiles should go on the walls and the boards on the floor

The speckled tiles are supposed to go on the walls and floor in the kitchen, and the wooden panels are supposed to go on the floor in the loungeroom with painted walls.
He did it all backwards lol Floor tiles on wall and wall tiles on floor.

I'm not sure if I like 2. Maybe I just need to get used to the new mechanics. I think the graphics were way better on 1. I do like the placement grid for the items and the ease of buying stuff. I kinda miss installing the toilet and shower plumbing and stuff though. This one's just a point and click thing. There's not much challenge in that.
Bro.. it's only a demo version. There are more features coming in the full game. I hated HF2 graphics, but now when I played the demo, I think it's much better than the first game

Wood furniture is great as long as it's authentic wood and is being taken care of. 99% of my parents' furniture is wood, and my mum has a thing for the colour brown, their place looks amazing with every new addition and it smells lovely.
I'm looking forward to this as a new series!

The end screen said you can click continue in the main menu to get back to the house you flipped to make it even prettier. So you could probably design the house your self

There's nothing wrong with white. If you're doing it right you should have shelves and shit along the walls anyway. And art and stuff if you like decorations, but I'm a utilitarian.

the "bidet" is a toilet with a built in bidet lmao there are ones you can add on but some toilets come with them
There are bidet addons to toilets, and there are separate fixtures that are basically a sink you sit on to wash your butt and associated bits. The thing he put on the roof was a separate fixture.,

Many Amiricans enjoy earthy color tones in their homes, I am not one of them.
One thing I never understood was furnishings. Who the hell buys a house with furniture? Who _sells_ a house with furniture? I've moved a lot over the years and you need to bring everything with you. Everything. And if its a house that usually includes major appliances except for the built-in ones like the oven and dishwasher.
When people flip homes they actually rent furniture to showcase the home and post pictures online. It helps to sell a house quicker to see the potential and to put possible home buyers in the mindset of what they can do with it. It is less of selling the house with the furniture and more of showcasing. Though there are examples of buying or renting places with furniture. I have seen luxury apartments that you rent that are fully furnished.
It’s a shame that they didn’t add multiplayer so you could do house flipping with your friends😢

As a painter, just panting over wallpaper is such a sin. I still have nightmares of removing wallpaper from homes, it's not an easy process. Popcorn ceilings are just as bad.

Dude as if not enough building games are us-centric. the whole architecture style in both house flipper games are already completely american. we need some european games cus this is starting to become rediculous

Nowhere as good as the original. Happens every time a publisher thinks they can do it as good or better than the original dev team. It's never as good. Way more cartoony to add to our displeasure. Yeah,... no.
