it's the game. you can't really do anything about it.
It might help if you slow the speed at the top right corner of your screen. I know it might suck that watching this will be longer but less motion sickness

Yes. It's a really useful addition that came with one of the recent updates.
which graphic settings do you use?
I set the graphic preset to ultra and switch off motion blur and volumetric fog.
