Ive an auditory processin disorder and find noisyness like that makes it harder for me to hear things that ppl, like Drae in this case, are sayin
When i play games myself, i prty much always have sfx and music either off or at like 10%/20%; so i can clearly hear any voice dialogue
But most things i just play muted and listen to smth else; which is why i rly love when games add visual sound cuds as an accessibility option.
I alrdy cant make out the noise anyways, and it helps a ton to be able to actually see where the noise is comin from in the same way others can hear where its comin from
While not on the spectrum, I do suffer from anxiety disorder and hearing certain sounds played over and over again is really triggering to me. Having the sound down on this really is beneficial to me not getting very upset. (But watching Dre play anything will make me feel better anyway! 😊)
I do appreciate you significantly toning down the editing drae, but you really dont need it!
Your raw editing style has always been something that set you apart from other channels and i think it is a shame to drift away from that.
I love that the towel goes on the oven, particularly as i keep a towel there not just for dryin hands after washin them; but bcuz i cant stand any uncontained liquids on me except if im legit immersed in water, like swimmin.
Its a huge sensory bother to me, and keepin a towel on the oven was a big gamechanger there for me; its made me love cookin all the more. Similarly to how gettin an office chair for the kitchen made cookin all that much enjoyable and accessible to me :3
Also use the towel for things I don't want to touch but do not want to get a full oven mitt either. We use towels on oven handles like this in real life for that!

Its grt tho, cuz i 100% do feel like im livin a fantasy life of sorts; bcuz i somehow ended up as the most awesome persons sugar baby, and thats just a dynamic thing too... My aroace self once nvr believed id find anyone who wud want to marry me even if i cud be a provider monetarily; and here i am livin a wilder fantasy than even that, soon to marry my sugar mommy (he/they) and just able to enjoy each day of my life to my Little hearts content :3
So yes, the towel on my oven does not exist in "real life"; and im glad to hear that at least, towles on the oven do exist in real life tho :3 :P

Surprisingly open concept showers do exist, my parents designed their house fully open concept including the bathrooms. Just an archway and the shower is around the corner. They are beautiful though. Keep up the great videos Drae! Love this series

There is actually a glitch in the game that after the guy flips the first house and gives you money. If you go do an assembly course it'll re give you the money it already gave you for the house and he will repeat the line. Basically 30 seconds for the picture frame assembly course equals the 50k or however much you get for that flip job.

Look, this is clearly the best placement and more ppl in real life will soon be takin Drae's genius idea to heart and placin their stovetops diagonally away from their ovens front in a similar manner as to shown here
Why? Well clearly bcuz this is superior and allows one to be able to open the oven and check things while still keepin an eye on the stove; instd of havin to back away from the stove and pull the oven down and look down into the oven without havin any peripheral vision of the stove
/s But i mean, i do love that small boon to such a placement

The shower looks wrong so he tries to hang the faucet in mid-air instead of, you know, putting the faucet against the other wall like it was meant to be.
remember you can pres Q to lighten up objects to sell or other, like you have the selling tool you press Q and all the things to sell with lighten up same with the cleaning and other
aswell the question mark means something is unfinished, like you fogot to byu something or clean something

You can break into the attic after you’ve unlocked the sledge. I made another room in there with the huge circle window on either end. Looks pretty good
I’ve noticed that the house has several things that you can edit or duplicate that aren’t in the shop. There’s triangle things above and below the top windows, the driveway ramp, and the I-beams on the kitchen ceiling. Hopefully they add those soon
I loved the first game but this looks liem such an improvement glad they actually improved the game it looks like instead of just making the exact same game a second time

Someone needs to make, House Flipper, but with Viscera Cleanup Detail physics
With the house that Drae did the one on the beach once you do it and finish the job and have taken the call from Tom if you immediately as he hangs up go into one of the new assembly jobs and finish it tom will ring you again about the house you just did up and he sold he will give you another 15k and you can repeat it for the other assembly job
Edit: You can just jump into one then leave the job then when Tom rings you again you can ignore him and just load another assembly job
