The Scottish songbird was in and out of our Wapping bunker in 45 minutes with a storming but speedy, no-frills acoustic set. After wowing with new single Don't Tell Me That It's Over - plus a cover of BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN'S Dancing In The Dark and album track Spark - she said: "I'm one of the most impatient people.
Amy MacDonald (born 25 August 1987 in Bishopbriggs, Scotland) is a Scottish singer and songwriter. Her debut album, This Is the Life, was released on 30 July 2007 and has sold more than 2.5 million copies. Her first single, "Poison Prince", was released on 7 May 2007.
Macdonald started working on her second album in 2009. According to her Twitter she was writing for the album and she had recorded some bedroom demos. She said "Some of the sounds are just amazing and we've managed to persuade one of my favourite artists to whack some stuff down on them, but you'll have to wait and see." The second album, titled A Curious Thing, will be released on 8 March 2010. - เพลง

I've been a Springsteen fan for 40 years. This is a brilliant and beautiful version of this song!

Checked this out after seeing her perform part of this song on Rob Brydons Show and I wanted more!.
Her gorgeous voice is filled with warmth and humanity. Its vulnerable and strong at the same time. And I adore her personally.

She was born in Glasgow, brought up in Bishopbriggs and now lives in Milngavie, pronounced Mulguy.
I could listen to her all day. I'd get het to just read me stories , her voice is hauntingly beautiful.

Nice version, reflects what a great song it is. Far more moving that Springsteens own version.. She really expresses the pain in the lyrics..
wow, just brilliant. Springsteen is my favourite artist because i love the passion he sings with and although I like listening to Amy, especialy Mr Rock N Roll which is a class song, i thought anyone covering bruce would sound poor but tbh she was great and this just makes me want to here more of her. Fairplay cracking voice.
