  • A partial dislocation, or subluxation, can cause a lot of pain throughout the entire shoulder. This is an injury where it's important to actually let it rest for a few days. In this video you will learn how to decrease the pain you are feeling quickly.

Dislocated my shoulder in 2009 couldn't get in back in myself, E.R. doctor wrapped a bed sheet around my chest and had an orderly pull one way while a nurse kneeled on my chest and the doctor twisted and pulled my arm the other way untill it went back in, I should have accepted the pain n meds he offered first. Have a great day and thanks for the videos.

Now you need a follow up video on stabilization exercises for people with chronic shoulder dislocations. This was an excellent video for the basic shoulder isometric exercises. Brought back a lot of memories when I used to do these demos years ago.

I'm 73 and have injuries to my shoulder over the years. It's frozen pretty tight. I just did an hour of restorative yoga with my legs up the wall exercise. I simulated doing jumping jacks very slow and just stretching out to the side and over my head. The bones were really popping, but it feels better.
Radiation beads treatment for the rest of the liver cancer, a slimy moldy crawl space, cell phone booster across the street, living in the United States with Roundup being sprayed everywhere and cheap Communist Chinese flooring with toxic glue and geo-engineering are a few of the obstacles to healing in America.
The liver cancer the size of a cantaloupe was the result of growing up down the street from Monsanto's chemical plant in Sauget IL.

Two weeks ago. Attacked by pitbull. I jumped for a fence. Left shoulder dislocated on impact. Dog did not get me, I held on for dear life with good arm. Damage was a 3 inch separation from socket after x ray. Doctors knocked me out will the old dreadful needle. Still trying to recover. I do internal and external rotation exercises but will not touch an over head press over 5 pounds and I used to move decent weight. I think I overtrained my front delts and did less to my rear delts to my detriment and if I was more consistent to keep my shoulder training balanced this may not have happened. But that's just a theory. 🤷 Oh well. It sucks. I still have pain but considerably better. I just have to watch what I do with my arm.

None of these work. None. My shoulder dislocation is far out of place, back in Middle school I was called grandma because all my bones creak and groan and pop and snap every day. Now I'm 30 and it is too far gone. My left shoulder louder than change falling from a 6'2 guys head, imagine trying to creap back home when the house is over 30, none of the doors open or close without the neighbors knowing.
