My lady whom works from home is very very busy so one day I offered her tea, which she likes but it is pageantry of it all that she has come to appreciate it seems. It is a perfect time to check in with one another and share a few moments away from work. The videos are very helpful, thank you.

Good day to you Royal 👑 Butler!
I loved that and U will appreciate this little story……. Just this morning, I set up my coffee station in my kitchen for my upcoming family visit! My brother is coming from Honolulu to visit me and he doesn’t care for my French press. He enjoys freshly ground coffee beans, and drip coffee! I love him and we r very close, so I always have a regular coffee maker stored for his visits!! This morning I took pics of the freshly washed and shined coffee maker, coffee grinder, and Hawaiian coffee beans all set up! I sent him the pics and said, the THE COFFEE STATION is officially set up!! He loved it ! Looking forward to ur Friday Conversation!
    Best Regards,
    Meg

Right, when I have friends over for tea, the mugs stay in the cupboard, and it's out with my fancy teapot, teacups and tea saucers. Show them how the other half live. Won't go as far as hiring a butler, they'll just have to do with me!!

Hi ,as a whole family we love afternoon tea . My 18 year old daughter loves to make the cake/s and we have some lovely crockery and table settings . Finding tea spoons to fit the more delicate cups was a bit of a task but good old John Lewis staff came to our rescue . We enjoy having a family meal , tablecloth , place settings , three courses ....salad , main and simple dessert or cheese and fruit . As a family we appreciate the ritual of eating together . Whilst I understand its not everyone's idea of a good time ...we love it . getting lots of tips from you and enjoying your factual unembelished approach which is so easy to understand . Could we learn more about wine at some point? Not wine tasting , but how to serve and which glasses to use ...if it could include port and after dinner brandy that would be great . Really enjoying your listening and learning . Thankyou for sharing .

A delicious episode! Do advise your American fans that milk means MILK not cream. I absolutely adore your china ( Royal Crown Derby?) Here on the torrid coastline of South Florida, I add a table with a large tray of carafes offering iced mineral water flavored with lemon, mint and cucumber slices. And the expected bottle of champagne on ice. ( Keep an eye on your guests.) love to

Lu lu and I have tea every afternoon after we come home from our daily walk in the magic forest. We usually have coffee and orange sherbert but one day when I was visiting the town of Charlotte Bronte, Haworth, on a special celebration day with many visitors and children I overheard the mom say to the kids...Do you want chili dogs for your tea? This was in the middle of the day. So is tea cakes and scones and little sands or is it the middle of the day meal we would call lunch? Ended up making Paul Hollywood's scones as I ran out of Bisquick for our strawberry shortcake and they were absolutely delicious. They seem complicated at first and I know I did not handle them perfectly but they were still really good and worth the effort. Will you please show what foods you would usually serve with teal. It is a lovely thing to incorporate into your day. Thank you, love your vids.

Hello from the usa! Yes I've been enjoying all your videos and I have a question for you.. I wonder are the the place settings for meals the same in the US as they are the UK? Because either somebody showed me the wrong way to do it or maybe it was their personal preference or maybe that's the way we do it here in the US. What I'm referring to are the knives and just overall general setup also but the knives I remember she had the straight part of the knife facing the plate and the rounded part facing away from the plate. I was just curious thank you
