These are so relaxing to watch. The music, the ambience, the perfectly organized setup, the cute dogs. Watching these has become my new nightly routine!
I believe Shumba could cool an entire room with his tail wagging! He must be the happiest little fellow! TRD are so fun to watch. Beautiful doggies and well loved I am sure .
Using the Royal Dachshunds is such fun to watch. Lovely 😍 that made me laugh seeing the various comments supposedly said by the dogs...very clever. "I know he will drop some food"...brilliant and what a chuckle (Take note: don't let the chef on to that point) Thank you so much for sharing this video. I got it wrong in London tsk-tsk, but in Cornwall (because I was admonished by wait staff in London) I got it wrong again (because did the opposite). I was so self conscious I felt like scurrying under my table. People were a bit thin on the ground, but I got a dachshunds point of view.
Dear Mr. Harrold, Absolutely delightful, yet again. I do bake my own scones and like them the Devon way, but then again, scones are ALWAYS lovely, aren‘t they? Your Royal Dachshounds are sooo sweet. I am enjoying them as your companions so much! Have a good night and carry on the good work! Faithfully, Sara ( a European transplant in New England/ US).
That is so interesting they do it different ways. Never head of the Cornish way. Guess I should look up what the difference is between the cream and butter.
So hungry for a proper scone now. We have a lovely tea house here in Florida USA, that my niece and I enjoy. We traveled to Ireland last year, I will just say we were truly enlightened!!! The scones were amazing! Much different than those served at home. We did the cream first then jam, didn’t know it was a debate. And the tea was amazing. I would love to travel to England and sample afternoon tea! Thank you as always for the videos.
I loved this! I did not know that there were names/places associated with the order of cream and jam. Your garden area and tea table are charming. Finally, I am going to have to work on my pronunciation of "scone like gone, not scone like bone" Thank you!
Stopped at this channel to watch these dachshunds ☺️ staying for the rest of it!! What a beautiful garden you have!! As for the scones, wondering if you are allowed to luck the remnants of the jam and cream off the plate 🤔 politely I mean
Tea and scones, something I miss from my time living in England. The scones in America are not as good, and it is near impossible to find clotted cream. I I loved this video! Thank you.
The only way is to get a source for raw milk or cream (farmer's markets, artisan cheese shops) and make your own. The waste milk makes the best scones.
I love scones very much. It is not easy to get the clotted cream here. I hate to serve them and people will put the cream and jam on it and then put the top on them.I never invite them to tea every again!
Greetings from Austin, Texas. A very enjoyable video! Am lucky to have a tea house nearby called Full English - and have taken tea in the United Kingdom quite regularly. Is your knife a special scone knife?
@@mynameisfriday118 have you tried it? Is it any good? :-) I was about to recommend Chef John. The recipe looks yummy (when he made it), but I have yet to try it out.
I'm curious about your knives. I collect old knives and I have some that look similar to yours. Mine have bakelite handles with stainless steel blades. Are yours like that? Are the blades stainless steel or silver plated? Sheffield? Universal?
I thought the Queen's Butler said NOT to cut the scone with a knife but to crack it open with your own hands and apply only a little bit of cream or preserve per piece instead of the whole scone. Someone is wrong here.
Omg 😂😂you aren’t supposed to use a knife. You break the scone. What’s with jar of jam on the table?? 😂😂 don’t you have a nice dish to put the jam in? The dogs are cute though. Let’s have a doggie tea party.
A beautiful presentation, very smart and dapper, great accent and well explained. Thank you. So relaxing.

Delightful! Your sense of humor always makes me giggle. "Breaking News" hahahahaa.
Thank you for all the hard work! It is seriously appreciated!

I like this Gentleman so much, but always the dogs on the table...oh boy...
Love the dogs

Your Dachshunds are adorable, I have a tan and a chocolate . They are such little clowns, love the way you include them in your videos.

Just wonderful. Thank you so much.
(I'm sure my cat obsesses about the cream as much as the dachshunds.)
Good Afternoon Grant from Japan.I love and learn British tea style , your video is very helpful and brilliant! Thank you so much! Kyo
How great! So much I learn every video and so much fun!!
Thank you. Another lovely video after work!

You may think I am a bit silly but I am tickled that I have the same knives as you do, (purchased/shipped from Britain) this fact made my day.
You have good taste sir 👍😄
I love your sense of fun and your humour. :)
Devon, all the way!

Dear Mr. Longsworth,
Have you tried Amazon? Or Whole Foods and Stop‘nShop supermarkets deliver in the US.
Just a thought...
Faithfully,
Sara
Check out Food Wishes here on TH-cam. Chef John shows how to make it at home. It's pretty simple recipe

@@mynameisfriday118 I second that, easy to make and cost saving it is also.

The cream is cream cheese right?
In New Zealand we would have butter then jam and cream (well I would)
Same as I would, and thank you for watching 🙏🏻
Dear mister Harrold, I have a Very large tablecloth and I wonder how Do I iron it. What is the most efficient way to do this.
Do the Queen herself cut her scone and put cream and jam on - or maybe the royal butler does it for her Majesty? 😁
I like that do you wanna have a drink or water very sweet.
I'm curious about your knives. I collect old knives and I have some that look similar to yours. Mine have bakelite handles with stainless steel blades. Are yours like that? Are the blades stainless steel or silver plated? Sheffield? Universal?

Could you tell me the name of the Butler? That information is incorrect. 🤔
Not luck ☺️ lick

You might think a channel called The Royal Butler would be stuffy and pretentious. You'd be wrong.
