I honestly doubt that that would work. The MC80 Liberty Cruiser is a significantly smaller ship than the MC85 and is also not a dedicated warship likely meaning it shields and hull, while still impressive, wouldn't be as sturdy.
Fire Wolf Mon Calamari Shielding is known to be great, they have a lot of generators so one shield goes down next one pops up, 36 turbolasers isn t that bad
I am not saying that the MC80 Liberty is a bad ship. I am saying that compared to the MC85 it's shielding and hull while impressive is likely not as strong. That combined with the fact that the MC85 is much larger would make me believe that ramming the Supremacy with the MC80 Liberty would be a bad idea. In the off chance you are implying that the MC80 Liberty is better because of Mon Calamari technology I would like to point out that the MC85 is also a Mon Calamari ship.

The millenium falcon no armor is stronger than plot armor
Just so you know, I think the reason the mom calamari ships got wrecked so easily is because the supremacy is armed with the full power XX-9 turbolasers (the Death Star turbolasers), which have a super long reload but absolutely decimate anything it hits.
The supremacy obliterated ships in the last Jedi

Improvements for the supremacy build Needs another shield generator specifically for the bridge and more of its weapons built inside the haul station bits more difficult to hit and gyroscopes need more heavy armor for protection

This was way better than the movie that introduced this ship. At least your weapons fire wasn't acting like cannon balls in space for example.

Ok the infinity is VASTLY outclassed in terms of both sheer size and number of guns. But there are several teams of Spartans on the infinity, so get them to board the supremacy and tell them to kill everything.

I started to play space engineers and I finally got a ship into orbit. When I was working on upgrades I deleted the bottom thrusters. The ship fell and was vaporized on impact with the planet

I see one problem with the strategy used by the Mon-Cal ships. They just bum-rushed and got blasted to pieces by the full frontal firepower of the _Supremacy._
If they can divide the _Supremacy's_ fire and get around to the back, they may be able to at least do some decent damage and not get wiped out instantly.
