Had one in my group, strand titan just soloing up front like a boss while the rest of us hiding in wells behind rocks lmao. I just committed to using the healing AR on the titan to keep him going God mode lol
Him and Frost were cracked. Frost 245 kills, Cross 145 kills, and Liv in third place with 58.
my man is one of only 3 titans to finish the raid in top 50... bro is lore accurate alright!

I get you're making a joke, but there won't be an upset because this was sold from the start as a group activity and doesn't have an entire class of item locked behind it. In fact, this is exactly what destiny should be - fun chaos where you can choose to participate or not and play the way you want, not locking you tightly into how you 'should' play.
I still hate this wasn't matchmaking, out of all the things thst have it. It could have skipped this one. Smh

Got really lucky and finished on my first legit try with an LFG group. First team died literally before we could hit the flag and broke up. Immediately found another team and we got it first try. To be fair a few of us carried the rest a decent bit. Especially during damage because most people just don’t know how to avoid the beams. But the handful of us that have done the raid a bunch were able to stay alive and keep the damage up til the end. We even jumped down for heavy during the final damage phase and swapped to Outbreak eventually.
It’s interesting how the 3rd damage phase lasts until you beat him or wipe. Works out great if you have people good at avoiding the beams.
The only thing that SUCKED was almost none of us could see our guns and scopes which made using weapons like Euphony and Still Hunt a chore. Worked out in the end though.
I had a very similar experience to yours, and I've never done the raid. Was on Titan too no less haha.

Half of my LFG team left after dying in the first encounter. We just kept going and turns out its way easier to complete it as 6 guardians. Way less deaths, clearer comms and if everyone has on microcosm then damage isn't a problem either because of infinite heavy spawns.

12 Outbreaks would probably do really well, with Anti-Barrier this season aswell.
Even the 4 in my group went crazy, it’s such a damn good gun for stuff like this

I lfged for it and by the time we were done we only had 8 people due to people getting error codes. It was rough but we finished. Having a couple people farming the champs on the right side during the final damage phase helped out a lot. We ended up switching to outbreak because everyone was out of ammo

try the osmiomancy build it is better for healing yes you heard that right for smoe reason the osmiomancy gloves are having an interesting reaction with healing grenades it is counting hit on teamates as if you are using a cold snap on a yellow bar it doesnt give you two but if you heal two teamates it amlost instantly restores your grenade.
@@spy-v-spy1848 osmiomancy are bugged with prismatic where all grenade hits are counting for giving energy back instead of just coldsnaps so I'm not surprised. Bungie hasn't said anything about it either so either they're working on patching it in the background or they're gonna update the exotic perk

Just noticed that the guardians super symbol changes to the Bungie Tricon at the end. Very cool
Just did this in LFG. The last DPS phase was something...Guardians slowly dropping one by one. Out of revives. But somehow we kept on pushing and achieved victory with half the team down. That felt insanely good despite being 40 under but due to the anxiety...Microcosm can wait a bit before doing those missions.

I use the built-in group finder and immediately regretted it. Almost nobody was putting on overload champion stuff leaving me to have to bounce between the left and right side of the starting encounter to stun champions. Others were running in and Leroy Jenking and quite a few others were barely trying to use cover despite dozen of titan shields. It was madness and honestly not worth the headache till I can get a clan to do it with
All I ask is for a 12 man team to test rat king and witherhoard.

Why Witherhoard?
Witherhoard DOT doesn't stack so it would be a waste of a exotic slot for all 12 perhaps just one or two makes sense with everyeone else using malfeasance for the extra taken damage
Did this with my fireteam of 5 and 7 extras from FF. Best thing I can say is only have confident players do dps and have one person on each side of boss room focus solely on hands, it’s sooooo much easier when you don’t have to deal with 4 AoE attacks at once

This was wild for me. Had seven teamates get oneshotted by a stasis big dude with the cristals, also 8 left and had to do it as a 4 man team. We did it barely with the witness damage phase being stressfull as hell. Safe to say I'm happy with ergo's catalyst.
It just now came to me that during the final thing the Witness says, it goes from "We" to "I", because we destroyed all the statues.
That focus though 🤐 love it

For people that don't know, the health of the enemies scale depending on how many you are. Went In there with just 4 people and the champions were a breeze to kill compared to what you see In this videos.

My group used outbreak perfected in the 3rd dmg phase because it literally doesn't end. Trust me it cooks him.

Love how in game it says GM has matchmaking, but it does not. On top of that, they removed the normal difficulty. So you either have to do GM, or sit through an extra 10 minutes of unskippable cutscenes and HOPE you still get the pinnacle for completion
Just complete this on LFG and it was the most fun I’ve had in a hot minute

Ngl Was really fun! Took ninety mins for my lfg team we all ran outbreak Omni inviz spam and wells. Room one we ran all the way right? Or left idk and did the plates backwards. Room two focussed the champs right and farmed respawns. Witness was easy!it was Great 12man GM. Actually enjoyed myself

Suffering? It's easy. You get so many revive tokens from all the champs that dying doesn't really matter much. Got it done on my first attempt with no mic.

40:17 this part broke my heart
Start by staying on the right and working your way towards the left objective. In the boss room, go to the right spawn, trap all the champions, and stack up lives - we usually have 18 or 19 res tokens. Then, do the objectives. When it comes to dealing damage, one person should stay back to res because sometimes the boss gets a good wave and wipes almost everyone up there. Imagine getting wiped and sent to orbit on the boss! 😂😂 Every time we finish damage, we go back to stack lives/res by killing champions and then repeat the damage phase. I used this strategy twice and successfully cleared the boss both times.
Is there a link to the build hes using here? All variations of consecration titan but would be good to see what hes using exactly.

You mean the two shards and 6 prisms? Lol idk seems kinda low given the difficulty of the activity. Should’ve made it like 5 and 10. High risk high reward. Yeah I know we get the ergo catty to but cmon. 2 and 6 is just low ballin. Hell even 4 and 10 would suffice. A few extra prisms and double that shard amount.

The second I saw you push that left side tormentor I had flashbacks of what happened to me. I did the exact same thing and paid the price but we did beat it first try.
The benefits of this thing there’s no timers. You can just stock up on revives forever just stay on one side the champion spawn nonstop just stock up on revives. The last damage phase before ghost super is generous. He just keeps spamming attacks until you beat him so it’s one of the longest damage phases I’ve ever seen for a boss.😂
