Ingredients
Oats 1/4th cup oats (rolled)
Milk 2/3 cups
Chai seeds 1 tablespoon
Walnut, Cranberries (dried), black currants (1tablespoon each)
Honey 1 tablespoon or to taste
Cinnamon 1/4th teaspoon (optional)
Mix all ingredients in container of your choice.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
In next morning add 2 tablespoon in same jar, mix well and enjoy in breakfast.
