One of the biggest lessons with coming to connect with my intuition more is realizing that I was taught not to. So my healing practice with intuition is to relearn self trust. I am able. I am aware. I am capable. I can decide easily in whatever situation. I know. I can. I do 🤗

Beautiful Nicole. Once I began to practice this daily (breath work for 5 min)- I was then able to notice sensations in my body that I would usually just ‘react to’. Like anger.
I could feel anger bubble up in my tummy, feel it, then I had space to choose. Choose to ‘react’ = behave in way that are often against my values. Or choose a different path = in line with my values, like choosing to take a break rather than shout at someone.
This is a skill I will be forever grateful for. I wish my parents had known this & I feel every primary school teacher should be taught this skill.

Yesssss. I often take long walks to connect more deeply with intuition. When I feel blocked writing, a long walk will have the words pouring from my brain with ease.

Writers and long walks definitely go hand in hand. :) Another reason people say they get their best ideas in the shower! It's a total body calm down/shut down/soothing/clarification and suddenly inspiration hits. I forget where I heard the latter, but it's so true for some.

Beautiful video, helping people to identify and operate from the observer as opposed to the thinker, once this transition is made then there is nothing left to do, but to simply be ❤️

I feel like a part 2 could be added to this video, explaining how to dial into intuition once you achieve this state of relaxation. I’m seeking to understand why I achieve strong strong intuition, vivid dreams and premonitions with particular people. It like I just know. But I don’t know why I know but I just know!?

Can you explain me something? You say the monkey mind contains our conscious thoughts, is that right?. It confuses me slightly. Because I think the thoughts that come up are unconscious chatter, old beliefs, the inner critic, judgements and if we are able to pause and witness or observe these thoughts, detach or transcend from them it's where the conscious thinking and choices come in.
So you think they are conscious? That's my question basically
