    Absolutely loved it and exactly what I needed this morning!! I loved how you said couple times "no bullying" and it really helped me to remember to NOT push myself until it feels too much and I feel the unnecessary pain.     Are emotions/trauma stored in this area? I've just finished this practice and feel amazing. Liberated is the word I would use. Like something has really shifted and I'm all the better for it.
