Hi Helen, I’m really grateful to have found your channel for all things hands free yoga. I wonder if I could ask you to consider recording a practice with no involvement of the arms at all? I don’t have use of my arms and cannot involve them in any of my yoga practices. I’d love to see a video to guide me correctly in how to stretch without using them but getting the max benefit for the rest of my body. Thank you!

Good morning Helen. Thank you for this lovely flow this morning. Did this right when I woke up, felt stiff at first but felt so relax and loose afterwards. Hi! This was the perfect morning routine to encourage movement throughout the entire body and to work out any stiffness in the body. I personally loved the windshield wiper legs and then coming up on to the shins. That was a neat movement! I found this sequences to be really good for hip mobility and it offered a lovely stretch to my legs! Thank you so much for this lovely practice 🙏💜😊

Hi Hels, just found your Yoga sessions. I used to practice Vinyassa Flow a few years ago, but got out of doing it for a few years. Trying my best to get healthy thus year. Not sure if its my age (48) or whether I'm just out of practice but I start off with my joints quite stiff, especially my hips and by the end I can sit cross legged and nor hurt! Thank you very much 😊
