I just love Bird's yoga so much, what makes her unique in my opinion is that her Shavasana pose takes more time so I can relax longer and it always puts me to sleep immediately hehe :3 really cured my sleep quality

Hey Bird! Trying some of these positions is comedic the first time but slowly they become accessible. My brother and I are trying to release tight hips, working on external rotation while loosening over active hip flexors. Your videos have helped us heaps and provided lots of laughs when first attempted. We can both now do the worst pigeon stretch you've ever seen but it's progressing! 👍
Haha! Yoga can be a lot more enjoyable when laughs come into play. Love that you two can let go and be silly. So happy you’re both sticking with it. Patience and consistency is really key. The more you try the further you get. ❤️🙌🏼😊
what's the name of the pose at 5:41? This is where I get extreme pain and I'm trying to figure out which muscle or nerve is causing that. Knowing the name of the pose would be so helpful.
