A: FireAlpaca is a program that served me well for many many years before I was able to pay for a more substantial program. Krita is also very good - I have friends who swear by it.

A: An XP-Pen (Artist 24 Pro)

A: Most tablet brands have a wide selection of options you can find on their website. Shop around, watch youtube reviews, and pick something you think is right for you.
