    Interesting to see you cook with the coal bed set lower with vents wide open. With my cooks I tend to bring the bed up for a quicker cook. I will try your technique. I love the Rambler but there are not a lot of vids online for them. Keep it up

      I’ll try your method as well as I don’t think I ever cooked on the Rambler with the tray elevated. I appreciate your support Ray.
