gotta say first game is pretty sick looking, maybe you should look into "Counter Revolution War" and any of the "Power Dolls" Series The name of Omega boost was mentioned in the playstation song by Eiffel 65 (im blue dabadee dabadie) also check out Ring Of Red i love the whole plot and clank of that game in general.. the games i did mention are the Turn Based Strategy type
Actually first MOBA was Herzog Zwei I'd say but Future Cop was probably the second one at least among mainstream games which used this concept way before MOBA itself.
Remote Control Dandy - A Japanese only game, but there is an English fan patch. You control a giant robot to fight other giant robots. The twist is that you're controlling the robot remotely as a human. It's sort of a precursor to Robot Alchemic Drive on the PS2.
Fun fact, Future Cop LAPD was originally meant to be Future Strike, a futuristic sequel to Nuclear Strike. I still remember seeing the teaser for Future Strike after beating Nuclear Strike. Man I miss the Strike helicopter games. Hoping Soviet Strike, Nuclear Strike, and Future Cop LAPD get remastered for both current consoles and pc. I think the only game I actually owned a physical copy of is Omega Boost. Hoping that one gets remastered for PS4/PS5 like Resistance Retribution recently got. Ever heard of Expert for PS1? Didn't know this PS1 Japanese FPS game existed until I saw a video about PS1 FPS games in 2023.
@Tunuh, Yup, just called, Expert. Released only in Japan for PS1 back in 1996. I didn't even know it existed until watching a 2023 video covering all PS1 FPS games. Apparently it was pirated to other countries under the name of Counter Strike lol. Hoping Nightdive Studios will eventually remaster Expert. You can play it on an emulator. Not sure if it is translated though. There's a part where you gotta defuse a bomb and if that part is only in Japanese, uh oh...
Ok there are a few wrong things in the Front Mission 3 section. You don't swap between routes you make a seemingly inconsequential choice very early in the game and that choice determines what path you end up on. Basically you have an e-mail and if you make one choice you read it before a major event. Otherwise you read it later and whether or not you know what's in the email determines your course of action during the major event I mentioned. Front Mission 4 has two routes you swap between not 3. In 3 once you unknowingly pick your path its set.
Okay, now do Original Xbox mech games, where you are then obligated to play Steel Battalion with it's big controller (I've played it - it's not a good game, but people go crazy over the controller).
Hey man I need your help with something. I'm thinking of a game that MAYBE only has two bosses. It's a mecha game that basically has the same first level as Einhänder (City highway- scifi aesthetic). It was DEFINITELY on the PS1 because I played it on the PS1 with the flip-up screen before wanting to play a POTATO CHIP and destroying the console (I was 3).
I actually included the PS2 game in my third person shooter video! I believe you play as a tachikomo (is that what they're called?) in the PS1 game? I've never played it but I know it's first person and you can climb on walls lol. Is it good?

eiffel 65 immortalized omega boost in their hit song "my console" every true psx gamer should know
That song immortalized the PS1 in general. Great song, probably my favorite of their music.
600 views? I’m shocked, this deserves more.
Thank you for the picks. Definitely trying Love and Destroy

Nice job on this one Tunuh!
Such fond memories of front mission 3.

I didn't know that. Interesting. The game's just called "Expert"? I can't find it.

For many years the only PS1 game I had was Omega Boost. I first played it on a PS2. Never did actually own a PS1 during the 90s.
BRAHMA Force is the thrid game in a trillogy of game called Kileak: The Blood

Omega boost was so epic

If you like the character designs of Love and Destroy check read Zetman and play Astral Chain.
I wanna play Astral Chain but no Switch :( Is it the same artist?

You forgot gundam battle assault 1-2
Thank you for the suggestions
Sure
Oh lots of good ones here!
When's the Front Mission videos!?
@@PlayStation_Paradise on my channel? This week, I'm thinking. Suffered some data loss and had to restart everything.
What Animals Should Be in Tokyo Jungle 2.
Bulldogs, Gorillas, American Pitbulls and Dobermans.
I think your on the wrong video lol
When it comes to PS1 mech games it seems people only bring up two games.... xenogears and Armored Core
I could've made this video have 20+ games.
Love me some Omega Boost
I was surprised how good it is!
Love & Destroy is a masterpiece and technically way far above from most of the PS1 catalog
A weeb would say that ;)
What about ghost in the shell?

@@PlayStation_Paradise It's okay, with some strange techno music, and anime cutscenes.
you forgot bike mech only in Japan
What's that?
@@PlayStation_Paradise Gunbike
