The latest gen Panamera especially is very good, but it's very much not a sports car. Big, comfy and stupid fast but they're well over 2000kg and they drive like it. Loads of grip, but then 335 tyres do that 😄 A Panamera will never be as fun as a Porsche sports car of any kind though, very different beast.
I am currently looking at chopping in my 4x4 for a fast estate and have about 25K to spend, so your suggestion of making another video for a slightly cheaper price range would be perfect
Running costs aren't even vaguely comparable 😄 Also, if you're comparing new to used then you'll always get a lot more value from the used car. That's why I only buy used cars, but it means it's a bit of a nonsense comparison- for £30k I could have bought an electric Mini, but nobody with a functional brain thinks they're better than the Porsche I bought instead. Finance deals on new cars can mean they actually work out relatively much better value than they seem though, so your total expenditure owning a 508 PSE is much lower than running an RS6. Looks better too, both inside and out. Also understeers less. Honestly that's one of the few used vs new comparisons where I'd probably pick the new car in question!
I'd like to see a comparison between BMW Alpina models and the closest 'standard' BMW model e.g. 320d M Sport Vs B3 Alpina (E90). I think they're is wriggle room for some estates considering my request is somewhat off topic. Leave it with you and keep the videos coming 🙂
Hadn't realised that the old Turbo S has the same performance as the new 4S, which has 560hp and 0-60 in I think 3.8 in the spec I drove. Ugly as the 1st gen is, it's between that and the Pug for my favourite car on this list. I should love a fast Audi/Merc but they more I see/drive their cars, the less excited I get by even the halo models. Haven't tried a "63" AMG model with the 4.0 V8 though, need to do that. Once the 508 PSE is 2-3 years old I'm going to have to have me a go in one of those too, they could be a seriously good buy when they get under about £30k used. On an unrelated note, it's my Dad's 70th next year so I've got us tickets to Goodwood 😀 Haven't been before so I'm really looking forward to that one, grandstand seats for the Sunday Shootout, got to be good.

You’ll love Goodwood man 👍 It’ll be waaaaay bigger than you’re expecting and soooooo many cars n stalls to see it’s like the world of cars had descended on Sussex 😎 Just a thought, you may want a small collapsible chair to carry around for your dad as you’ll be on your feet a lot and also take lots of money as you won’t know where to spend it first 🤣 All the best mate and hope you and your dad have a brill time 🙂

We'll definitely bring the chairs though, the grandstand seats are good for the shootout but can't hurt to have them in the car ready for watching other stuff, that's a great shout, thanks! Just disappointed my car doesn't quite make the performance car parking list 😄

The Panamera turbo S is underrated imo. People get too excited about GT3 RS and Taycan Turbo S. But Panamera packs some serious punch. 🥰🥰

Something wrong with that E63 section. I think those the US stats, uk didn’t get awd or 600hp even in the S. The interior shots were from 2017 model.

Actually that’s the last shape e63 s rwd only in uk however the S pack has 585bhp the newer model has 604 👍
