BMWs have a 'clutch' delay functions on the auto trans cars. Designed to stop you blowing the torque converter or transmission. At least the E36 325tds which I own has. If you want to launch one harder; put your left foot on the brake and wind it up until the turbo starts to boost before letting off the brake. Fun when you're trying to pull out of a junction, and you end up doing a burnout when the turbo comes on full boost.

You need to change the DI pack on that Saab and check the vacuum lines. Most likely the reason why it's down on power. These things make awesome sleepers, I used to have a 400bhp one and it was enormous fun
9-5 Aero supremacy, also there's no way the saab is making the same power as the bmw if the 40-60 is almost 0.8 seconds faster. My 9-5 is tuned to 285 (right now only likely hitting 260-270 when compared to stock airflow) and does anywhere from 1.9 to 2.4 seconds 40-60, chasing down what I think to be a bad MAF sensor at the moment, which I'm testing soon, should consistantly be around 1.90 after I get it fixed.
That BMW was definitely coded to do that ridiculous window thing by Mike 2 mins before filming this 🤣
