1 month later update.....NO LEAKS. The air bleader is a little "wet" but it is not leaking so I will leave it alone until I have to do the fuel filter and then replace the o-ring / gasket on it because i will have to take that off anyways.

This is a VERY common place these 1st gen Cummins engines leak. 15 min job if you do it right the 1st time (unlike me)
