    Got the lg G3 , some x93l and Hisense uk8 . With all good settings and calibration for gaming the Hisense u8k is the best for me . Side by side with my G3 and the color , peak brightness and overall picture quality is for the hisense. lG g3 is now my movie choice room and the Sony x93l for my Nintendo switch. Loving the switch detection mod on x93l that alow 2k upscale. All tv are 65 inch.

      @@consumerreview2k overall if I don’t think price . The G3 is the best . But if we compare with price the Hisense u8k is the best . But if the viewing angle is a major point for someone you need to G3 . Honestly x93l is really bad . Blooming is crazy on this tv. Poor contrast. But as the best image processing.
      Well if I need to keep only 1 from 3 and thinking quality/price . Hisense u8k all the way.

    I just got the 75" u8k and I am having trouble with the top of the screen. Depending on the brightness and color I can see cloudiness at the top during the darker screens with the gaming mode on. I don't know if I have a faulty TV and have only a few more days before the return window is over. When I am watching a movie the black bar is pure black. When I am gaming and switch screens I see what I can only describe as clouds at the top, just noticeable enough to stand out. I lost them in the middle of your settings adjustments and gained them back towards the end. no idea why.

    I hope you doing great bro, i like your opinion about gaming on G3 despite hearing the opposite from others reviewers and many members of our community spoiled by beauty of QD OLED, i still believe that QD OLED is a super LED rather than super oled because it's blacks aren't that inky as woled do tbh

    • @consumerreview2k
      @consumerreview2k  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @MM-Official. Hey, how are you? Nice to hear from you again. Yea, many ppl say or think it's the other way around, actually. But I would say that I think natively the woled has better blacks out the box. I do notice certain times where they are raised but at that point when you have your settings dialed in and you know there set to not be raised but yet sometimes they are still raised, and you notice that it's not all content or video games your watching or playing. That tells me that it's most likely the co tent or video game you are specifically watching, so it depends

    Black level at -5?? Do you have local dimming on? run some bt2020 hdr black level test patterns. 0 is perfect.-5 will crush everything. Even rtings doesn't touch black levels.

    • @spwhatmeworry
      @spwhatmeworry 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Do you trust the HDR calibration tool on your console? Run that. You'll notice the sun will disappear in screen 3 at higher click steps if black level is -5 , instead of disappearing on step 0 or 1, which corresponds to black level 0.

    • @consumerreview2k
      @consumerreview2k  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @spwhatmeworry hey Thank you for the comment and checking out the video. I was playing in the beginning at 0 but I noticed that the blacks were lifted in allot of games. And I'm not a fan of the raised blacks in RPG games imparticular. With the woleds and qd oleds I do keep it at 0 for the most part as the blacks are nit as raised the majority of the time and even then it depends on the game that I'm playing. For example I notice blacks being raised some when I play ghost of tsushima at 0 on the s95c so I will drop it down to about -2 and it doesn't crush. But when I'm playing God of war ragnarok on the same tv I will keep it at 0. On the Hisense it's a different type of tv so at 0 it looks more washed out to me. Do I drop it down more because it helps with the blacks not looking so raised in darker smaller dark areas.

    • @spwhatmeworry
      @spwhatmeworry 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@consumerreview2k I understand it's a personal preference for you.. but most people watching this vid will try to copy your settings and will get very bad results on other content. You may want to put this disclaimer.
      The TV is not raising blacks. If the content has raised blacks, then it's accurately showing the raised blacks.
      Like I said, try out HDR test patterns and the HDR config tool. Maybe your game uses the HDR config in the console settings to get correct blacks. Maybe the game has an inbuilt brightness adjuster slider instead. Use that. Don't mess with the TV's black levels which are perfect out of the box. Don't take my word for it.. RTings professionally measured it too .

    See, this is the thing... If U8K gives me a really really close proximity to what that A95k can offer, then why would I want to shell out another grand or more for a "little better"? I'm not a cheap skate, i just don't spend money that I don't need to spend. U8K is making me more than happy watching UHD movies and playing the Switch.
    BTW, the Warm1 option is more for cinema since they go by the 6500 kelvin light tone which is a warmer white. Also, sharpness for HD and 4K should never be up. Always 0 since the resolution is already sharp and clarity is spot on. Sharpness is more for lower quality content.

Hisense did a stellar job, and they deserve the recognition.
