@@freddyvicente8167 There are only a few neighborhoods that have indoor lap pools. Each of them are 55+ communities. Lakeside Crossing, Del Webb & The Seasons at Prince creek. There are a few rec. centers where you will find lap swimming. Myrtle Beach (Pepper Geddings rec-center) Myrtle Beach YMCA, NMB Aquatic center & Conway rec-center. Keep in mind the majority of neighborhoods have outdoor pools, most with lanes or are large enough for lap swimming. Hope this helps!

For context, the median sales price in July '22 was $485,510 compared to the median sales price of $487,789 for Dec. '22 With that said we are seeing Builders provide greater incentives ie...paid closing costs, interest rate buydowns, discounted upgrades. Are you seeing something different or have any neighborhoods that your keeping an eye on?
