@@lowcountrylifestyles we currently live in the Cleveland area.. (My husband's hometown) I'm from VA and I miss the small town feel so we are looking forward to the small community feel. Thanks for the info.. we look forward to speaking with you soon.
The first location had some really cool second floor porches. The second locations it's kind of tragic seeing the possibility of those trees being lost due to houses. I know, " it's progress" they say. Wow, I only knew of the Corner Perks in Bluffton. Night life is what you make of it. So those headed your way probably already know it's a laidback area. Nice to see in the next two locations how many mature trees still stand around the new houses. By the way, who are the 6 prefered builders for the third location? Can homes be built essentially on stilts in the flood prone areas. Can you show examples in a future video? Habersham is like Old Town Bluffton on steroids, beautiful area!

Please don't move to Beaufort, there's way too many people there now, and they have destroyed a once beautiful place.
It is still a very beautiful place with lots of untouched areas. People love the charm.
