I love that you just do what makes you happy. Like all the effort and money that you put into holidays and crafts and toys for your kids, you just do what you enjoy and what makes your life full and happy. That's such a simple and seemingly obvious thing, but a lot of people don't do that. I think it's a great way to live.

I've been diagnosed with OCD for a couple years now but am newly diagnosed with dermotillomania and trichotillomania. I don't think I would have even known this was a thing to bring up and recognize was a problem and not just "my anxiety". Any advice? or do you remember when it first started/ when it started to get life-inhibiting?

It’s unbelievable to see the 1. Creativity and 2. Love that you have for your children that you are making them such WONDERFUL memories with all of the holiday crafts, experiences, and little “extras” that so many parents don’t get to do with their kids. Your kiddos are SO lucky to have you as a mom.

Our leprechaun was too sneaky. He didn’t fall for our trap…but he did leave us some Lucky Charms outmeal, and green candy and fruit to enjoy while we watch Merida tonight. The kids each got a green sand bucket with their stuff inside. The schools all tend to have them make leprechaun traps now and they do get bummed when they don’t catch one. So the treats definitely brighten their day. Edited to say: he left my older girl gold eye masks which was really cute 😉

My birthday is St. Patrick's Day and it's the absolute best! It's super low key so there is no pressure or having to "share", but does give me a theme and way to celebrate. I always feel like everyone is celebrating with me when I see their green or decorations and strangers love to buy me drinks when I go out (again - there is always a party). Tommie de Paola has a great book about St. Patrick too! Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!

The twins are so cute - their personalities are so different and it makes them unique and cute in their own way - like Wes seems more calm and gentle and Maisy seems like the energetic and expressionate one - they are two cute literally almost like both of Flynn personalities how he can be super calm and loving and the next super hyper.
