Love it, and I'm a huge fan ❤
Although the problem statement of "How to... how to" (min 1:40) is a bit hard to believe by your target audience (I hope I'm one of them lol). It just doesn't resonate and feels like all other "make money" gurus pitch.
I would rather suggest you focus on problems around practicality that relate to us, database of cases studies to gey motivated and easily drive tactics/strategies, etc.
I'm honestly not subscribing to get answers for the questions highlighted in the video... there's tons of solutions around that, and ChatGPT is the best alternative

Your video shows something to me: Success is a mind game.
If we aren't good at that game, we lose. Your deep work strategy proofs it.
I quit my job 7 days ago. I am unemployed and want to build an online empire. What motivates me is your approach: "I can make a product out of the questions I have myself". That's what I am doing, too. Asking: Which mindsets, strategies, etc. helped to become successful!

I started a simple litter pickup business in 1981 as a side hustle and grew it into a six-figure business of 40+ years. I clean up litter debris that people discard outside commercial properties for property management companies. My work is done on foot using simple hand tools. It's almost as easy as a walk through the park. It's not "sexy" but people who are willing to clean up after others are making a fortune.

    - Visualize and commit to your business plans by writing down a personal contract [3:11]
    - Set a specific duration for focused work sessions (like two hours) to increase productivity [3:23]
    - Utilize mornings or other free time for focused progress on your business [3:56]
    - Develop a routine and launch your business with a minimum viable product [4:15]
    - Establish a regular content schedule to build audience engagement [4:24]
    - Investigate monetization strategies, such as sponsorships or affiliate revenue, to earn your first profits [4:46]
    - Conduct research on similar businesses for insights and validation of your business model [6:00]
    - Make decisive life choices based on the signals of success you encounter, like significant sponsorship deals [7:31]
    - Take consistent, daily action to give yourself the opportunity to succeed and capitalize when the moment arises [8:43]

I was meant to see this video. I recently left my first job out of college (9.5 months in) with no true plans because it wasn’t serving the future I envisioned for myself (I understand this isn’t the brightest idea) . Every morning on the way to the gym, I see a Starbucks I tell myself I need to go into and do deep work in. My alarm is set for tomorrow. Thanks for the great video and congrats on the success.

i really wanted to check out your website and actually got excited about it when i opened the link, when i saw the pricing it got me kind of upset tbh, i cant afford to pay such amounts. I think maybe something you should consider is making a few story's free and then charging the same amount for the entire package yk. Because i know for sure if i find something that gives me a idea to start my own business (i've been thinking about it for months now) and i made money with it i would certainly buy the access to more story's. Anyway thats my point of view, really inspirational how you started this, lots of respect to you definitely! (sorry if my English isn't perfect lol)

Great story! I love the concept of deep work squeezed into a full time job. At the time, I was doing 2 master programs at the same time and I had to write 2 theses while doing a full time apprenticeship. So every evening after work I went to prêt coffee shop, which is an analog to Starbucks, but with a coffee subscription and had 3 cups of hot drinks that made at least 1,5 hours of deep work with short pomidoro-like intervals. Who knows, maybe it's time to think about the business and renew the subscription?! 🧐

For example, on Day 1, what were some of the things you were doing when you were in your flow state (what were you writing on the sticky notes, how did you prioritize things, etc.)?
Great video. Love what you're doing.

This was actually pretty inspiring. Was always wondering how a blog could make people money, seems to be affiliate marketing links and or google ads. Gives me some ideas.
