Just a query on a matter of Law, where is It listed under Section 9 of the Private Security Industry Act 2001 that it is an offence not to display an SIA badge?
Section 9. 1c was recently updated but it's easy to Google and get the answer from Ugov which clearly states an ISA badge should be displayed and is a condition of being issued.
@@simplesimon5739 Section 1.C is about conditions regarding the production of the SIA licence, it doesn't say anything about it needing to be on display at all times or that failure to display can result in a custodial sentence as this auditor stated. The only people who are required to see your SIA licence are the Police, SIA Officers and those who have authority under Section 19 of The Private Securities Industry Act
@@tommullen2958 to make it easy for you www.gov.uk/guidance/ learn about the SIA licence conditions you must follow. It doesn't say in that paragraph it is an offence but it states there are 'conditions imposing as to the production and display of the licence'. The condition being as set out in guidance it shall be displayed at all times. There are however times when it doesn't have to be displayed such as a store detective. And the security guards don't have to actually give up their name it would be enough for the staff to flash it. But then if say like the doorman who got his licence withdrawn for not displaying it who was prosecuted by the SIA fined £250 and given a 6 month discharge £250 costs. The badge is merely an identifier that the holder can act in particular ways. He was charged under section 9 1 c.
@@tommullen2958 so yes he may be stretching it a bit...in this situation. But their obviously not that clued up and misinterprete the conditions imposed on them. Warren Steele was a person prosecuted. And his confusion probably comes from the fact that Door men also have a SIA licence which allows them to be say a G4S employee but a G4S employee license isn't a Door man licence. There 2 distinct things.
@Paul Martin why? Because I’d rather not be seen in such an environment and put on the internet….. I think inside I should be able to expect a little privacy. Just a query on a matter of Law, where is It listed under Section 9 of the Private Security Industry Act 2001 that it is an offence not to display an SIA badge?
You are right Tom. The filmer is a sad unemployed man refused extra benefits or a job with G4S. We pay for him.
Section 9. 1c was recently updated but it's easy to Google and get the answer from Ugov which clearly states an ISA badge should be displayed and is a condition of being issued.
Very important to have I.D on officials especially in a place like a job centre who often deal with vulnerable members of the public
that lady was brilliant. Hope she's having a great day.
Must admit, if I had to rely on the job centre, id hate to be filmed on leaving and suffer further embarrassment, regardless of right or wrong.
@Paul Martin why? Because I’d rather not be seen in such an environment and put on the internet….. I think inside I should be able to expect a little privacy. A person should be able to feel they’re in an environment thats secure in a place like that. It serves absolutely no purpose filming people in a job centre, regardless wether its legal or not.
@@silentauditor9513 So you’re all about feelings and not laws?
@@popegreg23 not at all…. Everything in proportion… the defence of peoples rights is fought for by the people. People exposed and possibly embarrassed because of this activity shouldn’t be just ‘collateral’ damage
Intelligence always wins!! Best auditor going, along with DJ, PJ, AB and koleberks. PTTP the knowledge outstanding only just came across the channel got alot to get through 😅
Thatll be koleberks who is in prison is it??
Just found the channel. Really like the point you put forward and how the /dwp/think if you don't have a job, you have no rights. The G4s girl was crushing on you. The PCSO, was a knob. The car that pulled on you was obviously intimidation from security knobs friend's. Who pulls up and does that. In my book, your the good guy.
my first and last contact with a job centre a few years ago i was 64 looking forward to retirement but they said i could not claim unless i was actively looking for work. i applied for the first job on the top of a list, and got the job. they all looked shocked i think i was the only one that got a job through them ever !
My place where we make chairs ect..our sprayer retired and has come back as he's working 'in the cold more money room' and Said no to even working part time when asked to come back to part time retirement( like my dad does now at his place)polish guy gets more hours and more money in the best paid area of the place
If you didn't want someone to look for work treat them like a criminal take away their right to privacy and out nuber them with security lite that has a prejudice against them.
Tell them to take their hands out of their pockets when talking to the public.
Yea too bloody right thats ignorant 😂😂
The female G4S member was awesome, a keeper for sure.
Them members of staff should remember their wages are paid for by the British public. Have a copy of section 9 of the sia license on hand to show them. Technically sponging money of the taxpayers not earning it.
Well said 👏 👏
The camera man is also taking money from the tax payer..
When someone asks you to get a job" when you are in the job centre 😂🤣
Security telling you what to do with no ID on display and stating laws that don't exist is an ignorant nobody that needs to be fired.
Print out the SIA law, and you can hand it out. That causes them a real problem. Particularly because you SAR for their BWV, and use that to submit the offence.
He nipped off pretty smartish the one who wasn't showing his badge ! 😅😂🤣
@@jimmydempsey6857 Exactly. Now the law being prepped, handed over and he's got a bit of a problem.
@@Nickle314 Did u see his face when the auditor told him he could get 6 months ?...... priceless 🤣😂
@@jimmydempsey6857 Quite. Now can you imagine it when the A pulls out a printed copy of the law? He would shit his pants.
Here's one for the BBC goons. Have one printed ready.
Town Police Clauses Act 1847 Section 28
Every person who wilfully and wantonly disturbs any inhabitant, by pulling or ringing any door bell, or knocking at any door, or who wilfully and unlawfully extinguishes the light of any lamp. 2 weeks in jail.
Then of course you follow up with the withdrawal of implied rights of access. Complaint. And that if they want a search warrant, they have to lay this as part of the information before the magistrate or they will be in contempt
@@Nickle314 All good stuff 👍
People in the car at the end .......not dodgy looking at all
Wouldn't want to be a whyte girl living in that $hlthole.
Look inbred
"Should have sent lunch ladies instead of PCSOs" hahahaha love it
More security there than people looking for job's
I think they are hiring people for the job right there. Maybe if there nothing else for them to do.
This chick is amazing! She’s irritated at the auditor showing HER company’s sloppy work! And cupcake head tries to stand in his way.
Pathetic.
Cupcakehead 🤣🤣🤣 isnt it illegal to wear turbans now? Also why is he wearing it in a building that shows disrespect
I'm in security with a badge you do need to have it on display otherwise there was no point in doing the course sia can have random spot checks not sure weather ther was a sia badge on that female officer all I saw was a company g4s name badge Id
No, you don't have to have it displayed especially if you are working in a mental hospital..
Great stuff as always .....need u in wales !
Why is there security at a job centre ?
The security are there to protect the staff and claiments, from people who are agressive and violent towards them.
I went to job centre once in 2004, besides indeed having to wash all your laundry in public they din't understand my profile and offered me to go unload trucks, I thought they could do a better use of my 10 years commercial experience with 5 fluent languages and took my chances with Monster.
Why is there such a strong, aggressive and unintelligent presence of security at job centres ffs. Intimidation vibes in these cities. I refer my small town rural vibes, thanks!
That was brilliant.
