The ability to communicate should be of utmost importance when one is dealing with members of the public. One should be able to learn how to explain things and also how to de-escalate situations. By way of a wee tip, you probably know it anyway but in case you don't, i'd have asked the guards what the incident number was the police gave when they called the police... if they can't or won't give that number then most likely they were either too stupid to know to always ask the police for an incident number, or they never called the police in the hope you would just go away. It pisses me off that these buildings and people are paid for out of people's taxes and none of the people working there get it. If a member of the public wants to take photos/record in there then it should be ok. The onus is on the job centre to create the privacy, but not by infringing on the public's rights.
Just how many security guards does this job centre need? Are the people of Exeter especially dangerous, and warrant a small army to keep them at bay while they seek jobs? Be interesting to see how much public money is spent on this ,status symbol,
Exeter used to be a lovely place to live about 20 years ago when I first moved there. A lovely little town (even though it was called a city it didn’t feel like one). Lots of green space, clean and not crowded. Fast forward to 2022. The area is now massively developed, they charge extortionate rent rates to shops so many of the independent cafes and shops have left. Even Debenhams left, which used to be a lovely place to shop till they started going downhill and there was a tatt sale every week. More street beggars and homeless, massive drug community. Crime has increased massively due to the influx of people over the last 10 years, so that’s inevitable. The place is now dirty. My daughter said at one time you could walk home through the city after a night out with no problem at all…not now. Such a shame,😢
Why not have some sort of a system of grading these places, so many points for x etc. You could have a clipboard with a list on it and send the results to both the SIA and DWP, then post on here. At the end of the year send the offices and their county councils certificates with their grading on. You could press release this to the local papers, they are always looking for stories. A bit like the scores on the doors for restaurants

And he will hopefully lose his SIA licence, be Charged with common assault, and will hopefully dismissed from his Job. So working at the Job Centre might come in Handy 🤔👍
Its not the Goon4sale security we should be discussing its the Govt funded Job Centre's that are nationally employing them, if we want change then we must get on to our local MP and make a noise, otherwise nothing changes
Who do these security people think they are? G4S know they are not allowed to handle people unless necessary, there role is to observe and report. It's funny how the establishment never turn up when the public have been assaulted.
Its odd how staff and security are issued with and are supposed to ID themselves and actually carry a means of ID as per SIA regulations, but when requested to ID or display the licence or ID they refuse or hide it. What is the point ?
Its open plan for data security reasons as the public remain in the centre of the jobcentre while their computers face the walls which is fine until the solid walls have windows. High Court judgements have defined that a publicly funded building is public property and a jobcentre is a public building and if it has a reception area the entrance to reception area is public and you can take pictures, any waiting area is also public and this is now a High Court Precedent. G4Skins are NOT public employees and have no authority to even speak to the public and cannot give people orders in a jobcentre and that is another High Court Precedent so report then to the DWP and follow this up with a com-plaint to the Information Commissioner and their guidance is NOT law and he cannot throw you out of a public buildiing. They tried the same with me and the G4S clown got smacked and put in hospital and this is a huge claim.
This MUST be an invite for all auditors to go down there enmass and and see what the guy in the white shirts does then. I would buy a ticket to see that happen.
Comment here was those claimants should do their business online and or the phone, this could mean to close all dole offices, this way auditors wouldn't get this kind of agro.
When the police see this video they'll be giving him a job offer with immediate promotion to inspector.

And he will hopefully lose his SIA licence, be Charged with common assault, and will hopefully dismissed from his Job. So working at the Job Centre might come in Handy 🤔👍
Quit snitching
Difficult to think of an industry so overpopulated with poorly informed arseholes. Shame for the true security professionals who keep us safe.
Its not the Goon4sale security we should be discussing its the Govt funded Job Centre's that are nationally employing them, if we want change then we must get on to our local MP and make a noise, otherwise nothing changes
How big is that place, must be stacked to the rafters with great jobs, such a welcoming warm environment, so many people willing to help the public.
Round 2 of this job centre is needed
Nice to see the channel grow! Watched since beginning as you are local to me. Might bump into you one day! Great videos m8 and all the best 👍 👌.
The irony of a security guard being the aggressor haha. Standards are low.
The dude with white shirt is either agency staff contracted by G4S
The other security are thinking oh 💩 you might cost me my job here 🤔
Just wondering... did the 5 o’clock ‘showdown’ happen?
G4S recruitment advert must say " Applicants must be overweight and have a pot belly and male pattern baldness" Haha what a bunch of foolish old men.
YOU ARE THE MAN, PLEASE CONTINUE TO KEEP US SAFE FROM THE WORLD WHICH IS BEYOND OUR RIGHTS 😊
He need to be fired!
I cracked up so badly when he said 'That guy there has got an ego the size of ....Russia!!. Looool
It boils the blood the incompetent security, they all watched the loose canon and did nothing.
the first security guy sounds like Pep Guardiola
The door closing added to the comedy ;^)
he'll be getting sacked.
Make sure you sue that tyrant how dare he put his hands on a member of the public.smh
Aggressive foreign security guards? Imagine my shock
Supported by slovenly dim witted domestic security guards! Oh the horror!!
Aggressive Muslim security guards and we all know how peaceful they can be.
So it is only the foreign ones? There not enough videos just on this channel of British police, security etc being aggressive.
@@themcnallys1 Where did I say it was only foreign ones?
Please go to Tolpuddle Street Police Station in Angel Islington. There is a Job Centre around the corner too
UPDATE MATE ...KEEP US POSTED 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍THE GUY FROM THE SECONED ONE WAS A GEM ..POLITE AND DECENT WITH YOU ....
Detached is the only way to describe the reality of having to explain to men twice your age how to comport themselves in public...
You might as well report "water for being wet" to the Police for all the good it will do.
He just broke every rule in the book. Hopefully you have had him arrested and he is being dealt with as this is totally unacceptable behaviour.
This MUST be an invite for all auditors to go down there enmass and and see what the guy in the white shirts does then. I would buy a ticket to see that happen.
Mass audit !
Can't wait to see how this pans out
Well done PTTP for standing your ground.
Always look forward to the follow up videos!
G4S really are an appalling company
The soft spoken security guard doesn't want trouble.
That sign is a bit confusing... "External Defibrillator Located Inside" WTAF?
The defibrillator pads are applied to the external parts of the body - Automated External Defibrillator, or AED, is located inside. What is confusing?
Comment here was those claimants should do their business online and or the phone, this could mean to close all dole offices, this way auditors wouldn't get this kind of agro.
Yep you should definitely report the goon, you will win for sure.
