@LargeHands Well done DJ, you've forced a Troll out from under it's bridge!! We should be interested if the vehicle has no MOT or is not roadworthy. We all pay through what we purchase in shops, using cash machines and through bank charges for Cash In Transit services, so I'm interested that it's not being done professionally. How does one man with a camera cause alarm and distress to people in the vicinity? If anyone should have been alarmed or distressed it should have been the CIT driver and he didn't seemed bothered at all. Perhaps watch a few less cop shows.
@LargeHands you are incorrect. It is the drivers responsibility to make sure the van is in a roadworthy condition before he accepted to drive it. He said he had to keep the van idling so the electrics didn't die so faulty battery or alternator? Whatever. The company should not be putting vans like that on the road but the driver also can say no I will not drive that van. I mean how hard would it have been to steal that then 😂😂🤷♂️
@LargeHands Oh, we really have woken the Troll. In a previous occupation I attended the aftermath of stabbings, fights, assaults', road traffic collisions, bodies on railway tracks, or rather pieces of bodies on railway tracks. Auditors do a very worthwhile service to all those people in this country who do not wish to see their rights reduced further, regarding the freedom to photograph or film unhindered in public. As I stated before, the only person who should have been concerned regarding the possibility of an armed robbery should have been the CIT Driver, who appeared by his demeanor and actions, not to be bothered. Had he been bothered, he would have locked himself in the van and summoned the local constabulary.
@LargeHands are you for real. I hope one day you are not visiting a family member in hospital (or worse) due to an accident caused by an unroadworthy vehicle.
If we had such a condition van or car, would some newly trained law designer jump out within minutes and book us? This has been on the road months, years on the road. Money corrupts the rich to rule the poor.
I think you were correct to show the old wreck 😁. And also to show that rusty old G4S van. DJ you're the best auditor and really on your game. Not good really to distract the G4S guy as you did here. It's nerve wracking enough I'm sure for these guys and you slipped up there I think. All points about the vehicle and the parking seem valid though. Hope you take this as constructive...
It's taxed, MOT'd and insured, but that corrosion is very bad! I'm guessing there might be a a problem with the ignition switch or immobiliser in the key, which is probably why they're left in the ignition. I doubt you'd be able to get into the vehicle anyway, they're armoured, and the driver has other keys to get into it.
To be fair the van could be fitted with a card lock. You need to swipe a card across it to be able to start it, the ignition won't work without. They're just like what you would find on security doors. The doors appear to be permanently locked, judging by the massive metal plate over the door handles. I'm guessing the only access to the vehicle is by the rear doors, which only the driver has access to with the key he uses to get in, so in all honesty I can't really fault the guy for leaving the keys in the ignition. But the state of that van is an absolute joke. If that were you or me driving around in that the police would have a field day!
G4S actually own all of the roads in Britain, which is why they're able to park on double yellows and anywhere they choose. They also are exempt from the traffic laws and you don't need a driver's license if you're driving a G4S van. Thanks for the video👍
A company vehicle should be kept in a safe road worthy condition, however the first driver is responsible for doing a walk around vehicle check to ensure the vehicle is in a safe condition before leaving the depot, as it's his responsibility whilst he in charge and any defects found would could be on driver's licence if it's in a unroadworthy condition,
Just because you can film what you like doesn’t mean you can touch other peoples property. If someone came up to you and started touching your camera I’m sure you wouldn’t be happy. This isn’t really an audit
Absolutely awesome audit, and it's not about 'touching' other people's property, but highlighting the discrepancies of failed MOT corruption in this country. I had a miniscule chip on my front windscreen, not obstructing driver's view, yet was compelled to have it fixed before they allowed it to pass MOT. Great job DJ !
Those vans are fitted with a secondary locking system which is more resilient than the OEM system so keys in the ignition makes absolutely no difference. Nobody will be able to open the van anyway. Even if they would they would not be able to drive off due to the lack of fingerprint and secondary login in the back airlock.... Report all you want. The police won't do anything.
I think G4s might go bust. The started as a private ltd, then went to a public ltd (PLC) but now are private again. They also have a long list of sub-companies that have either been dissolved or gone into liquidation.
They leave the keys in the ignition to keep ac on and all the systems up and running. Its got interlocks on the doors anyway no chance anyone could drive away with it anyway.
Absolutely incredible to see a security van in such a state in Germany. Our TÜV , in Britain known as MOT wouldn't either give a valid stamp nor would German police ignore that apparently unsafe vehicle. The fact the driver is using that sprinter says a lot about working conditions of that company and the state the UK is in.
@@WoollyWanderers What a luck the Iveco, Ducato, Vauxhall or Transit are even brand new after 20 years of use. Should have bought a Volkswagen Crafter. That is a good galvanised as every of the listed ones and better as any Leyland.

WTH? Are you not allowed to leave your keys in the ignition in the UK? It's a dumb idea to do, but its an offense? Fine enough! * To be real, we are not perfect in NZ, it might get stolen, but if left in the door say, your just as likely to get someone knocking on your door to let you know, or just pulling them out popping them on the floor in the car out of sight and closing the door.

The police generally allow the cash carry vans to park as close as they can to the collection/delivery point.
The vehicle was battered but the rust had not gone through the body, tyres are OK so it would be OK to be on the road.
The driver will probably lose his job now.
No he won't it's standard procedure to leave the engine running. The van can't be opened or driven off due to other security features that this idiot filming didn't know about.
@@adrianlowe7607 He's not an idiot. To be fair I'd say his audits are generally top notch but this missed the mark just a bit because I thought the G4S guy shouldn't have been distracted. Maybe should have filmed the state of the van and the other bit of dodgy bodywork and left it at that.
Shocking!! Even more shocking are the gob 💩s defending them! If that vehicle injured a member of their family their tune would soon change!
G4s the gift that keeps giving.
Parking on pavement = illegal because they must have driven on the pavement to get there.
Very true. I will remember that line. Thanks.
@@juliandavies1974 absolutely illegal unless you’ve used the force to lift the car on to the pavement.
“Highway Code rule 145
You MUST NOT drive on or over a pavement, footpath or bridleway except to gain lawful access to property, or in the case of an emergency.
Laws HA 1835 sect 72 & RTA 1988 sect 34”
So driving on a pavement is illegal. Therefore having to drive on a pavement to your chosen parking spot is illegal.
😂👌 Karen sticking up for the van driver. However, not knowing this scenario !!!
Lol I just watched the video when you stated about the keys left in in this video
Love how you just say have a nice day 🙂,lmfao
You handle the public very well.
The state of that van is shocking!!! Rotten as a pear!! 🍐
No the website is saying the MOT expired on the 1st of April 2021, so it's not even insured because insurers don't cover when there's no MOT.
They are armoured, side doors have iron bolts and an air lock in the rear with fingerprint access actually.. you would never get into it easily!
A rare shiny Karen wow 🤩u gotta be quick to catch it 🤣🤣
I think the ignition has to be on for the air lock to work on the back door
G4S actually own all of the roads in Britain, which is why they're able to park on double yellows and anywhere they choose.
They also are exempt from the traffic laws and you don't need a driver's license if you're driving a G4S van.
Thanks for the video👍
She was a total Karen, you're completely right.
i thought it was frank maloney
@@MacStoker HA!!!
It’s like a Norbert Colon episode in Viz
Karen: what ur doin is harrassment
Also karen : *Proceeds to harrass the auditer* 🤣
So you have to leave the keys in the ignition to access the rear door
I've seen sieves with less hole's in.
Sir, we need you in the USA 🇺🇸, you're an American at ❤.
Poor / Rusty bodywork would not necessarily fail an MOT, though I agree it could be a sign of bigger underlying problems...
Bizarre confrontation at the end.
What's wrong with them people strange. You do good work DJ f, them
don't worry about the keys in the ignition nobody can get in to steel them.
You could put your finger through the rusty panel and pull out some £50 note's!
That's a secure van 🤔. One strong clout and the panels would fall off. Piles of rust all over the place.
Revealing 1-inch thick armoured plating underneath?
Imagine someone drove off in that g4s van lol
Those vans are fitted with a secondary locking system which is more resilient than the OEM system so keys in the ignition makes absolutely no difference. Nobody will be able to open the van anyway. Even if they would they would not be able to drive off due to the lack of fingerprint and secondary login in the back airlock.... Report all you want. The police won't do anything.
Great video… highly entertaining…
The passing van the spill specialist could not stop the rubbish spilling out of his mouth
I think G4s might go bust. The started as a private ltd, then went to a public ltd (PLC) but now are private again. They also have a long list of sub-companies that have either been dissolved or gone into liquidation.
The Karen kept going on and on even after you said have a nice day and finished talking to her lol
And she was saying something about harassment ..
Looks like it’s been in an episode of The Sweeney 😂
Unscrew the 2 silver bolts in front doors for fun
They leave the keys in the ignition to keep ac on and all the systems up and running. Its got interlocks on the doors anyway no chance anyone could drive away with it anyway.
Maybe he’s worried your going to spill the beans about something lol
Possibly a top of the line security van in tip top luxury condition in some Eastern European countries.
The lady at the end is amazing and logical tbh
Another one of their vans with no MOT never had one since new. LK08NAA spotted today in Nottingham. Seems to be a common theme within their fleet.
What the heck is that helmet??? This guy thinks he has to go through a riot or what?
Spill the beans specialist 😁 🤣 😆
Absolutely incredible to see a security van in such a state in Germany. Our TÜV , in Britain known as MOT wouldn't either give a valid stamp nor would German police ignore that apparently unsafe vehicle.
The fact the driver is using that sprinter says a lot about working conditions of that company and the state the UK is in.
Ah but wasn't the driver foreign enough for you ?
it says a lot about the crap quality of German vehicles. A Ducato or an Iveco would be fully galvanised and wouldn't rust before your eyes
@@WoollyWanderers What a luck the Iveco, Ducato, Vauxhall or Transit are even brand new after 20 years of use.
Should have bought a Volkswagen Crafter.
That is a good galvanised as every of the listed ones and better as any Leyland.
@@theempirestrikesback2939 Crafters are just rebadged Sprinters and were only galvanised from about 2014, you still see lots of very rusty ones on the roads. I had a Ducato based motorhome on a 2003 plate and the cab was fully galvanised.
I heard many German branded vehicles are actually manufactured outside of Germany ie: Spain being one where they use a lesser grade steel.
Equally applies to Bosch branded Tool's (Drills,Sanders etc) that are manufactured in China suffice to say again losing quality.
A sad state of affairs to be truthful.
Didn't this vid. Include Scottish bampot coming back for another wee shout.
🤣🤣
I enjoyed how the Karen was still moaning as the video ended and abruptly cut her off.. good edit.
This foreign G4S worker is breaking every rule of security delivery. Lol.
Had to laugh when he said the locks don't always work. 🤣
Why do companies use G4S???
WTH? Are you not allowed to leave your keys in the ignition in the UK? It's a dumb idea to do, but its an offense?
In New Zealand, we would call that a self-generation deterrent, when you do it, and if someone stole it, you don't have the car. Fine enough!
* To be real, we are not perfect in NZ, it might get stolen, but if left in the door say, your just as likely to get someone knocking on your door to let you know, or just pulling them out popping them on the floor in the car out of sight and closing the door.
Wish I walked past a security van with keys in ignition,I would be gone..if police saw u recording van😂
You missed an opportunity of good viewing by ignoring the woman and walking away. You could of held the camera on her and held your argument, in good time she would of hit you with her bags 🤣
On These 916 Sprinters the key is sealed and when in the ignition with the engine running it charges the fob battery, I think this is what he meant although that does not mean he should leave the keys in the ignition
for some reason vehicle that are above 3.5 ton and requires a HGV license don’t need to be shared A MOT Record by the DVLA dont know why they do it
and the one you saw was a
Mercedes benz
Sprinter
511 CDI AUTOMATIC ( not a 311 CDI wich is a 3.5 ton variant that you can drive on a normal license )
How did it pass a mot !
Dodgy garages
