With the exception of very few constables nearly all of them think that if a member of the public is doing something they don’t like then they have the freedom to abandon all professionalism and be rude and often aggressive. It just shows how incompetent and vile so many of them are.

  • @judithmatthews8460
    @judithmatthews8460 2 ปีที่แล้ว +16

Continually feel they are justified in breaking their policy refusing to identify, turn on body cameras without notification, but want to demand of the public they obey directives that aren’t lawful. So either ignorant or deliberately violating policy which is it? The thin blue line refusing to hold other officers accountable is the worst aspect of current policing. The three uniformed officers do not protect and serve or put the public first as their aim states. They just protect each other. Their animosity especially the woman was palpable. Not once did they say “you have the right” they just gave up when they couldn’t force you to give those rights up. I find it so depressing. 😔

Very well done in correcting her several times when she said, ''the Officer'' and saying ''the Constable''. Too many of the recent Auditors are completely wrong in calling them Officers because they're all Constables. Here's a couple of clues for them.
    1) Their overall area of work is called a Constabulary.
    2) The head person in charge of them all is called the Chief Constable.

Why should I care whether they are called a constable or a police officer. A police officer is just a generic term for any rank within the police force. Throughout my 5 years at senior school, I was embarrassed and loathed the periods of Maths every day of the week; sitting at the back, copying from friends, learning nothing and trying to hide from the teacher. It was only when I finally got some help at a Further Education College that my confidence and understanding grew. Four years after that interaction, I qualified as a Registered Pharmacist, and we all know how IMPORTANT doses are in Pharmacy! 11:50 When a constable doesn't verbally give their shoulder number and instead does The Dance of the Shoulder just tell them that they must have forgotten what their number is which is why they are dipping their shoulder instead of saying it. Make them look stupid by their inability to remember their shoulder number. Also remind them that they've wasted your time by not saying it which is forcing you to repeat your request.. Saying it is something that is dead simple and quicker and easier than dipping their shoulder.

The Commercial Vehicle Unit (CVU) went live on 23 November 2020 and provides specialist enforcement, knowledge, and investigative capability regarding commercial vehicle activity, alongside contributing towards improving the safety of all those using the roads in Suffolk.
The Kestrel team, made up of one sergeant and six PCs, is based at Eye and is a highly visible and uniformed team, deployable across the county to any location supporting local policing.
The first 3 officers were brash and aggressive, but the last officer needs to teach a few officers the correct approach toward the public, but he was still secretive and wouldn't say what the commercial van was; of course, he knew. He is a police officer working there, he isn't in a bloody bubble, and he was probing too x

I understand you're having issues at the moment. Looking forward to hearing all the details when safe and appropriate to do so.
Just want to provide what little support I can , and to remind you that a lot of people are relying on you to keep providing excellent content, and so not be bullied or intimidated to stop
    Best wishes and good luck.

We owe auditors a huge debt. PTTP I fully support you . I know you will be subject to intimidation and retaliation for the work you do. Those who decry auditor’s work fail to realise the measures that authorities are willing to take to silence them . We need to ask why? Previously only those with knowledge could attest to it, until videos emerged most were unaware. But now the truth is becoming increasingly known and boy is it resented. We only hear police saying it’s provocation not we are supportive of their rights.

Always a great reply when a police constable says "I'm not here to Argue with you" 🤨 is because they know you know more about the Law than they do 🙄 so them arguing with you leads them further into a complaint about thier behaviour 😆😄 2nd Female constable clearly stating she doesn't have too inform anyone she is recording them on here Bodycam ? Auditor says "Are you sure" her reply was "Yes I'm sure" 😂🤣😆 well I'm sure 100% she does have to inform anyone the bodycam is "On" 🤨 absolute clowns 🤡 🤡 🤡 best thing to do is Drag them in ? Take thier Uniforms and Warrant Badges off them and Dismiss the lot of them 🙄 for not complying, adhering, to thier Code of Conduct and Oath!!!

I like the way they all dip their shoulders. The trouble with that is you have to assume that the bottom of the numbers is on the outside of the shoulder otherwise '1991' could equally be '1661'. I also like the way that when they ask for identification, they hold their fingers up as though they're holding an invisible ID card.

Norfolk and Suffolk are a joint force. They share many services both office based and officers. For example, the dog units are shared. In terms of identifying the constable, if you take the date, time and registration of the vehicle the driver (which she was) would be identifiable from the vehicle log.... each vehicle has one and the driver puts their details into it.

It's a pity you were treated with such contempt by the first constable. And then the female after that.
A very poor show from them indeed. And they'll be laughed at in the police canteen for that behaviour, I'm sure.

13:25 Police do need to know a lot of laws, but many of them are run of the mill ones. Ones that auditors tend to use are quite common. Where auditors are ahead of the police at the moment is around drones which is showing that they know the law exists but also showing that they don't know diddly squat about the law. Auditors through simple sharing of information have built up a knowledge and educated themselves of the laws applicable to them very quickly, but police still don't seem to want to educate themselves at all.
