IMO It really is the benchmark for Trek movies. It was my first encounter with the franchise. Back in the early 80s. I was in the movie theater with 2 or 3 other people. Nobody around here had even heard of Star Trek back then. I wish I could rewind time and relive that those times again. It was awesome.
Wow, at 2:37, just after Khan says "Fire" you see a very brief glimpse of a hand hitting a control to fire the phasers. If you pause you can make out the controls. The panel is "Fire Control" and has 2 buttons for Photon Torpedos #1 and #2, and 4 phaser buttons labeled "port", "stbd", "forward", and "aft". The hand touches the port (left side of the ship) button, and the phaser we then see firing on the Reliant is actually to the port. Pretty good attention to detail and consistency!
You didn't add anything fancy or change any part of the original scenes. You've stayed true to the original movie scenes. Again, well done. I'm very impressed. Let's see more.
Awesome job on the redone effects. They look great. On a side note, everyone who was complaining about the phaser shots in the Abrams Trek being bolts instead of straight beams needs to go back and watch Wrath of Khan as I can see where that idea came from as they were almost bolt streaks in this film as opposed to straight beams like in the other films and TV shows.
What I find the most impressive is the accuracy lighting to the original version. Did you ever recreated the Battle of the Mutara Nebula? I think you should've IMO.

The best 10min of Star Trek! And excellent renditions.

Absolutely flawless! I particularly loved how you showed pieces of debris fly away from where Reliant's phasers hit.
This looks great! You got the camera angles, scene timing, and models darn near perfect.

The paneling flying loose on the engineering section's attack looks good. Good recreation over all.
You did an excellent job, rolliba! I really liked your improvements. The explosions seemed more realistic!

I like the phasers from TWOK. They have a punch-punch-punch feel to them.
Perfect!

I humbly request that you redo the mutara nebula battle, dude, if you could redo the entire movie you would get so many views :)
The dummy must of been someone who watched "The Phantom Menace" ten times and loved every minute of it.
This is superb work!
Looks just like the original, only a lot cleaner. If that was your intention, then you've hit it right on the mark. Well done.
Why does Kirk say: "Mr. Saavik"?!
Beautiful work, looked 1080P
At least in formal Starfleet rules of addressing officers. Probably not in general civilian society.
Great once again and nice titles.
I am dying to see a movie or book where Khan wins. How would three, four, and five etc play out?

Dammit Kirk! got caught with your pants down!
I think it was supposed to be some kind of statement on how gender-specific subordinate pronouns would dissapear.
How long did this take to render?
