Boundary supply does not compromise when it comes to materials and functionality. The aegis duffel is no exception to that rule. It utilizes high-quality X-Pac material (think sailcloth), Fid lock Magnetic clips, and YKK weatherproof zippers.
All duffel carriers know that carrying a duffel for long periods can be annoying, which is why Boundary Supply incorporated a hidden backpack system into the aegis.

Get the Boundary Supply Aegis Duffel if...
✅ You want an Every day carry duffel, which can also be large enough for short trips.
✅ You love the look of the Aegis duffel. Honestly, it's quite sweet.
✅ Love Modular carry products - Boundary Supply has an interchangeable carry system which is quite magical.

DO NOT get the Boundary Supply Aegis Duffel if…
❌ You want a backpack first, and a duffel second. Let me be clear. This is a duffel that can be worn as a backpack, not the other way around. This is because there is no back padding when in backpack mode. Take a look at our suggestions below for a backpack that can duffel ... 👇🏼
→ Standard Luggage Daily carry a small EDC backpack with excellent duffel mode

Boundary Supply is probably the most underrated travel gear company we know about. they make exceptionally functional gear with great materials and a strangely low price. Furthermore, they advocate environmentally sound products and fair working conditions. If it sounds like we love Boundary Supply, it's because we do.

Guys you are doing a great job. You have the most entertaining bag review channel on TH-cam. I know I get a honest opinion from you and recommendations.
No doubt you will have great success with your channel when you keep grinding like you do now.
Looking forward to see other product reviews in the future (but do never give up the bag reviews).

Hey Jeff! IMO this duffel is it’s own thing. It’s not ideal for one bag travel. Hope ur well dude!

@@Nomads.Nation yeah, was thinking it could be good for a weekender - right now if I was to travel my errant (with aux) would be my carry on, and I would just use the luggage pass and take a smaller suitcase for check-in (haven't traveled though in more than 2 years that required the use of a plane anyways). I'll probably keep thinking about - between a duffel like this or the Pakt 1, or the aer travel (weird, but I have been hit by duty fees on my on Aer sling, but not on the multiple items I've ordered from Boundary (pack, aux, straps and key chain).

@@jpmccarthy33 yea dude it's complicated out there. There are no single rules that apply to all airlines - it depends from company to company. I would take this duffel over the Pakt 1 but only ever so slightly - I think I just prefer the aesthetic. They are both beasts tho

@@Nomads.Nation that’s just great. Not for nothing, I have been watching you, chase, bo, and pack hackers as my go to trying to dial in & optimize my collection of bags and slings. There are so many products I’ve bought on your recommendation (mostly Aer 🤔).
Notes about the PD Travel Pack 45L. I tried to one bag travel that hoe on a trip to NY and had THEE WORST EXPERIENCE! Although the zippers and compartments were amazing, those damn straps dug into my neck and shoulders. It was like rucking a bag of bricks 🧱 in the marine corps 🪖. It was so terrible that I, now require another travel pack for One Baggery. I look forward to your future findings.

The Material is Great , But the Design are Poor ! One of the Worst item ( this duffel ) on their line of products ! I will go with Peak Design instead ! For 3 reasons ! Peak Design actually has better designs , Customer Service , and more comfortable ! Their shoulders Straps are like Eagle Creek Duffle , The Side pockets are similar to Peak Design ! As for the Beer comments ( Rush Faster ) always use it ! I noticed because in my field ! Most of us use Backpacks and Duffel daily ! Once again , Great review on a SO - So product ! Please take care My Friend and keep up with the Great Work and Good Luck on your channel !

I don't know what's the problem with what you have said. Design and comfort are subjective. Boundary supplies' customer service is outstanding, very good communication, and replied quickly. They even replaced my backpack for free and sent it also for free, after one buckle broke after 3 years.
I own a few of their products, as well as some Nomatic and Peak Design stuff, but so far they are as good as these other brands.
