Hey the attachment points you used for the shoulder carry are actually incorrect. Those loops are intended for the accessory which is the wr pouch. For shoulder carry you feed the big clip through the big backpack carry loop and the small loop to the end you would clip the backpack strap to.

I never understood why they made a duffle that has a shit shoulder strap? What’s the appeal of a duffle backpack? Wouldn’t you just buy a backpack? So now you have a bag that’s not very good as a backpack and is not very good as a duffle.
Exactly my thought! Considering the price they charge, you can get one good quality backpack and one nice duffel.
