The water temperature is set at 94 degrees, using a five-pour method, with Mr. Ito recommending a grind setting of C40 22.

Compared to the refreshing brew from the previous cup, this one has a stronger fruity aroma and a thicker coffee liquid. It's also enjoyable when cooled, with a more pronounced peachy sweetness.
Overall, it's rich and pairs exceptionally well with chocolate or similar desserts. If I need to accompany it with something sweet, I'll immediately think of this brewing method.
